I verified the hours of operation on the web site and called the morning as to when this site closed (1500 hours) . I was assured they were open until 1500 hours. To my dismay, upon arriving at 1420, they were closed. Very disappointed. Upon calling the 800 drop off on my paper work, Zeke gave me the wrong info. Stay open to posted hours. I believe I should be compensated for having to do your drop off sites work. I have used other rental companies in the past and will need truck rentals in the future. Depending on how this is handled, will depend on which carrier I use. Thank-you. Look forward to hearing from you. fsteve S.
Only draw black was that there should automatically be a dolly provided with every truck this size like it use to be. Not for an extra cost.Jeffrey W.

Was not happy. Had an associate from another number different from the location I received the vehicle from asking why it had not been returned yet, when in fact I had returned that said vehicle the same day as it was rented at approximately 7:45 pm. I had asked the associate (3rd) party to have the rental agency (that I rented from) to let me know how much the total amount of money I owed. ...... I have not heard from anyone, much to my chagrin I believe that I will look for other rental companiesDON C.

For a 75 mile trip we were allowed 81 miles. This did not allow for driving the van from the pickup location to the old address or driving from the new address to the dropoff location. When pointing this out the only solution we were offered was to buy more miles.Paul D.

Your call center mess up the entire order. For some reason they cancelled my reservation so when I got to Storage One they didn't have the size truck I ordered and was forced to take a larger one for $10 more. Bad way to have me ever use uhaul again.GEORGE H.

Had to drive approximately 50 miles to another location to pick up the equipment that was reserved. This in turn cost me additional money because I had to pay movers to stand around while I drove the additional distance to retrieve the truck. The time factor caused my movers on the back end to leave causing me scurry to hire more movers. The second group of movers never showed as it was last minute and on a Sunday. So as you can see not having the equipment available as reserved cause much hardship. I am requesting a full refund for this infraction.Angelia E.
