The location and vehicle were not an issue. The vehicle was dirty, but it ran well and got the job done. The disgusting business practices of Uhaul is a major issue. On your website, I was quoted $44 which is double the price shown on the van, but still seemed reasonable. Then when I already have my unchangeable plans, you guys go and charge me $76 to do a quick pick up and drop off a few cities away. I'm sure you've got some fine print somewhere covering your asses, but it's still rude and dishonest and I will be using any company but uhaul next time.MICHELE D.

Overall everything was okay. My only complaint was that the cab was full with dog hair, so I don't think it was properly cleaned.Kyra G.

I ensed up kicking myself for initially booking 4 hours. If UHaul is going to charge a day rate, I should get the van for 24 hours. The woman at the location sorted it out for me, but it's annoying that it was an issue. The van was awkwardly small for a wardrobe box. The pickup process was confusing. And if I have to see someone at the end to get the key anyway, I'm not sure how it's better than if I just walked into the store right off the bat.Andrew W.

Please lower the mileage cost. 99 cents is complete highway robbery. Moving is already stressful enough with first to last rent, down payment, cost and time with packing, shipping and unpacking.Rath mike R.

Have Guest Wi-Fi so that your customers can use their cell phones while in the office area and probably while loading or unloading their belongings. I can't imagine why in this day & age, customers can not use their phones while inside a building but as soon as you step outside, your phone works.Dhawn H.

The truck tented started with 1/4 tank full of gas. I returned it SMIDGE below it. I was charged over $35 just for that. There should be some tailored charge like $5 only not $35+. I disagree on that. My family and friends use U-Haul many times for years. We may change to Home Depot possibly after this experience. Not happy. I don't understand why I had pay round trip mileage when it states all over the vehicle that they can be driven one way. It is totally unfair that we had to pay for the extra miles because the place didn't have more trucks. I think we shouldn't have been charged for those extra miles.Heather A.

Nicole with Storage One in Renton was great. Nothing she could've done better. Performs at her best and puts herself in the customer shoes. Service way above the rest of the Uhaul facilities I've visited. If the time comes when I need another truck I will check there first. :)Virak T.
