Kayla, one of the managers (or assistant manager?) of this location, was extremely helpful. I was NOT HAPPY that U-Haul changed my pick-up location the day before my move, and I had to take time out of my busy schedule to come find this new location. I had trouble with the U-Haul phone app, so thank goodness Kayla was there to answer questions, including measuring the full exterior length of the truck. I also had trouble with the lock, so Kayla showed me a trick to help unlock it, which gave me more confidence about unlocking it when I arrived at my destination. The location was great; but Kayla made the experience so much better. I wish more managers were that friendly and helpful!

PROS: The manager, Tina, was very helpful, positive, and professional throughout the process. Truck was exactly as described/anticipated; clean, great condition, and in good working order. Moving blankets were provided as expected. CONS: It took one hour from my arrival to when I departed with the truck; staff lacked experience in U-Haul rentals (the regular staff person had recently left the job) and it took multiple phone calls to U-Haul corporate offices to find the right person to assist me/them. Once connected, the process went smoothly.
Matthew SThe one employee I met was very nice. However, nothing on the building indicated it was affiliated with U-Haul. No U-haul signs or logos anywhere. No other U-Haul trucks in the parking lot. I dropped my truck off after-hours and felt unsure if I was actually in the right spot. Thankfully the employee arrived early.
