Uhaul requested i switch here through numerous calls and offered reduced mileage if i did. I arrived to find there was no in person service option and was forced to undergo the online form which was atrocious and invasive, even requiring i provide my employer's number and making me enter my license information multiple times. Added 30min to the check out process and ultimately someone still had to step out to get me the key. The truck was had some leaf litter in it, but nothing too bad. I estimated 35 miles for the trip and was charged $52. My reservation was for 9:30-5:30. I had the truck 10-3, returning it clean, early, with a full tank and having obly put 20 or fewer miles on it. Then I get hit with a $350+ charge to my card IN ADDITION to the $52. The process was awful and I'm charged $400 with no receipt in my inbox? I returned to the place and no one is at the office. I wait 30 min and still nada. I go to the other UHAUL location and they tell me that someone recorded me putting over 450 miles on the truck--which is literally impossible in 5 hours. I've put in a complaint with UHAUL, my bank, and left a voicemail for the Storage Sense pickup location. I would recommend no part of this process to anyone.

The truck was actually only at a half tank (which the manager made note of verbally but we didn't feel like waiting for him to run off to fill it as the process already took an hour to complete and we had our friends waiting to help us get the move done). A huge U Haul truck had been parked (without their permission) in the middle of the small parking lot which was the primary hassle as someone had to come up from another location to get it moved out as keys had been dropped off elsewhere. Manager himself was AMAZING.

Flagstaff uhaul sent me to a different location to get a truck saying they didnt have any. Got my truck and went to this location to unpack my ubox to find that they had plenty of trucks. Had to pay more milage because they just didnt want to deal with a truck rental. Unacceptable.

I had a stressful experience. I had to wait 30 minutes past my pick up time because the employee didn’t know what to do. Then once I finally got the keys to the truck i had reserved I was instructed to drive to another u-haul location to get the truck unlocked! I am upset that it took 45 minutes before I could even have access to use the truck. I would like a refund for this extra time it took due to the incompetence of the process. I will not be using or recommending this service to anyone through this location.
