I had a stressful experience. I had to wait 30 minutes past my pick up time because the employee didn’t know what to do. Then once I finally got the keys to the truck i had reserved I was instructed to drive to another u-haul location to get the truck unlocked! I am upset that it took 45 minutes before I could even have access to use the truck. I would like a refund for this extra time it took due to the incompetence of the process. I will not be using or recommending this service to anyone through this location.
