The truck was not very clean. Also the driver's side headlight was out making driving at night difficult. If I reserve a truck, please provide one at a location closer to where I live. There are probably 10 U-Haul locations closer to my home. Also, I did not have the app so picking up the truck was difficult especially when you are on a time schedule. U-Haul needs to let me know if I need to pick up the vehicle through the app and no one was going to be at the Storage Sense Gainesville location for pickup.

The Uhaul app was moderately difficult to navigate. Specifically adding necessary photos to support data and conditions. I could not return to the page to add photos that I saved on my phone. But, regardless of my lack of photos and taking so long on proper return of the truck, communications with Uhaul remained positive. I was even reimbursed for the excess fuel and the mileage that I overestimated during reservation! Overall very pleased with this rental experience. Robbie Watson
