JOHNNY FApp did not work nor was personnel able to check-in. Extra mileage charged despite numerous calls that it was uhauls error!
Lisa MI can’t understand being sent to a location that is fully gated without being provided a code. Furthermore, being told by the U-Haul representative to just leave one door unlocked with the keys under the seat after parking it in the street makes zero sense to me. But I suppose if U-Haul isn’t worried about their asset being stolen, then neither should I. Come up with a better plan for drop off. I spoke to eight representatives in an hour span trying to find a safe location for this truck. I had some that were helpful and some that didn’t even try to be helpful. This was the most stressful part of this rental. I couldn’t get anyone to help me except for the last gentleman and I believe his name was Stefan. To put this another way had this been my only experience with U-Haul, I would never rent from them again.

WAYNE JThis has nothing to do with this location, but does have to do with uhaul itself. I booked my uhaul a week and a half before I needed it. The night before I was supposed to pick it up I received 4 text messages saying the location had changed (2 different locations were listed and neither of them were the one I booked). I called to figure out what was going on and was told there wasn't a truck at the location I needed and the last location is where I needed to pick it up. The day of pick up I headed to the location only to be told it wasn't ready, after calling uhaul I was sent to another location... this happened 4 other times wasting gas, time, and money. By the time I got to the last location that ACTUALLY had a uhaul we were so far behind schedule that we had to split our move day into 2 days which meant having to spend more money on a hotel and my husband having to take time off work. This is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE! Uhaul as a company has fallen FAR from what they were just a few years ago and I will never use them again. Again, the pick up location (when we finally found one) was great! But Uhaul's subpar customer service was appalling and has cost them a customer.
