When I arrived to get truck, there were no instructions on how to open the gate. Called to get gate code. No instructions to get key. Called again. It was after nine and no one was there. Got truck finally after about an hour. Returned truck. Could not log on to return on app. Ordered hand trucks. They were not on truck. Very disappointed!!

Employee mentioned she was not trained in U-Haul and it was her first day, but no worries because she was still friendly and helpful as much as she could. I planned to do the return myself through my phone anyways so no worries on her not knowing but since it was her first day no problems at all.

Anthoney CAfter picking up the moving truck and arriving at my destination I opened the loading door of the vehicle and found that none of the additional equipment (dolly and moving blankets) I rented was supplied. I had to drive back to the location and then the manager informed me that he didn’t even have the additional equipment. It wouldn’t have been a big deal if he had told me upfront when I picked up the truck to begin with. Moving days are stressful, I didn’t need someone’s lack of work ethic to make it worse.
