Would absolutely not recommend this location. . No one was I. The office at pick up time and they could not reach the person by phone. She showed up a half hour late, we had to hook up ourselves, the lights did not work in the right side, was told it was our vehicle-took the trailer to the Kankakee location to check and the wiring problem was a faulty wiring harness in the trailer. Took us 2 hours to pick up the trailer and get the wiring right. We were charged for insurance on the trailer and told the extra was a deposit the would be returned when we returned the trailer. We rent from U-Haul a minimum of 2 times and year and have not had problems at the Kankakee location.

I had originally reserved a truck at another location. U-Haul shifted my pickup location to Storage Sense Limestone. The guy at the desk said he had nothing to do with U-Haul. I was supposed to have gotten info and codes in a text from U-Haul. I drove to my ORIGINAL pickup location and the Manager helped me get the necessary info... and then I drove back to Limestone. Frustrating start to my experience with U-Haul.

Roxanne MDont use the app, I had to pay for a 3rd leg to my move because I was told the truck was not available at the location I selected in the app. I still should have been able to drop it where i needed to rent from. And there were 2 vehicles same size at the location I originally chose in Watseka, Il. Poor. I will never use Uhaul again.
