Not over charge when bringing uhual back i paid over 200
ASHLEIGH SI struggled with how to rate this location. The manager on duty was brand new and had never checked in a truck that was being turned in early. She had a great attitude and wanted to be helpful, she was just new. I’m sure she will learn quickly. I would rate her an excellent.

Stefano RCheck engine light was on in truck. My complaint is that my reserved truck was not available at my first location (not this one). It took several calls and wasted 2 hours trying to get a truck all due to Uhaul errors. This location is great. Uhaul fleet management is horrible.

Scott THave newer trucks available for these locations. You send the junk to the small guys. When a truck has 90,000 miles on it, it needs retired. Alignment needs done to prevent shaking.

April PThe app worked terribly here. Only 2 bars of coverage on AT&T. The pickup and drop-off took 5x longer than it should have.
Cris TUnfortunately, the electronic system was down. This made the checkin process quite slow. Otherwise, the equipment worked well and the experience worked.
Vendo T2nd time using this location. 1st time they were rude and unprofessional, this time they never showed up to open building. Poor management period and contract should be taken away from these yahoos. I had to call and scramble with a customer service rep to get my rental changed to mobile. Service rep was awesome and mobile service worked well… please look into UHauls reputation with this manager…

Nancy MI will not be using U-Haul ever again. I was extremely overcharged. And no help was offered to fix the problem.
Teresa HThe inside of the windshield needed to be cleaned properly (hard to see when dark outside). The check engine light was on. There was something draining on to the passenger side floor board. I put a rag over the puddle. Seems like basic maintenance is required.
