JEFFREY KEasy to locate. I arrived on a Wednesday so the location was closed. I simply parked the U-Haul(26') in front of the business and dropped the key into the drop box. Checked in via the provided link in my e-mail as I didn't want to use the downloadable application. Have some patience as the data signal in the area isn't very strong.

Matt DI requested for few accessaries. Team dint place it in uhal. And for checkin it took almost 2 hours through app, speaking with customer care etc. After all checkin is completed, I got the keys, went to different location and bought dawly and mats. During checkout or dropping my uhal, capturing photos and uploading took lot of time. I did it several times and then app accepted it. Over all app is functioning ok, but the signals in that location is not good. It is highly recommended to provide my high spead wifi in that location.

John CThe man who worked at storage sense greeted me with the worst attitude, because I was 15 minutes late due to Atlanta traffic at 3:45. "Place Closes at 5:00". He was such a jerk and complained about his job and other customers, he complained that he doesn't make money off uhaul and that he doesn't get paid overtime. He eventually drove me to the point where I was done being belittled, that i lost my temper, and put him in his place. The guy was an absolute A**h***, never will I use this business ever again. Anyone who goes there be prepaid to meet a miserable person.

ROBIN FThe truck was parked on a pretty steep decline. This causes the fuel level to indicate it is significantly higher than it actually is (approximately 1/8 to 3/16 more in the tank than there is). Truck has to be parked the same way it was or else fuel costs will be unnecessarily higher

JAMIE DMy only complaint is that I was told the truck was full of gas, but I drove 6 miles then went to fill it up. It took 6 gallons. I seriously doubt that truck only gets 1 mile to the gallon.
ROBIN FFacility was very nice. Bob, who helped me was very professional and very helpful. Truck was well serviced although 140,000 miles, still in good shape and got me through a 24 hour rental nicely.
Keith Ccheck in/out was very difficult due to not good service in area to use the phone.

george gThis is NOT a 15’ truck - MISLEADING advertising. Ok, technically it may be 15’ bumper to bumper. My tow behind camper is 14’ in that respect, so is my utility single axle trailer. So THE ENCLOSED BED and floor level is ONLY 11’ and some change. You also have a NON-flat floor, with grooves opposite direction of loading, as well as access plates above each wheel well, and a box on one side at the floor for the gas spout. And then the additional lost space of a bag of blankets and a dolly zip tied inside the truck, reducing usable space even further, all at the loading end to boot. Can’t move them or you get charged for use. I’ve been driving vehicles for 34 years, including many moving trucks. I never had one with steering as loose as this, except a pickup that had a damaged steering gear box after it was stolen and wrecked. The truck seemed to have little power and high fuel consumption even out of tow/haul mode. $35 in fuel for only 60 miles. The truck ride extremely rough, glad I didn’t have breakables because this is a heavy suspension, understandably, but no delicacy with lighter weight loads. It broke all grandmas dishes and the shotgun went off. That’s how bad it would have been. Truck has well over 100,000 miles, probably should be retired at its age. Still has ashtray, and NO usb charging ports, I mean, really ….. LOL But seriously, the truck was unsafe to drive, especially on country roads or even worse, slim city roads. Oncoming trucks, box trucks, etc were practically driving off the edge to give me plenty of space. Maybe they could see something with the front wheels that I couldn’t. We tried to check it back in with the internet site, but it wouldn’t use the location services provided by the iPhone 13. Services were confirmed on (I work in IT and telecommunications).

FRITZ WWasn't able to rent my truck till about 6:20 due to poor cell service. I was running a bit late so someone at Storage Sense call my phone at 9:14, 9:18, 9:34 and 9:38 felt harassed and annoyed. Won't rent firm here again.

Richard SMissing the utility dolly. For a 50 mph round trip move the engine was left at less than 1/4 tank. There was no large utility dolly and the engine was leaking fumes into the truck cabin
William Thad the uhaul overnight instead of the bill being $69 x 2 it was almost $300!
Brenda OI was given a phone number to call to find a return location that was most convenient for my rental. The gentleman I talked to on the phone was most helpful and courteous. At the return site a very courteous gentleman helped me accept the rental return. This entire rental process was very easy and pleasing. I will definitely use UHAUL in the future. The receiving site was not expecting my return and was thinking that it was supposed to be returned at another location. It might be beneficial to contact the receiving location about a pending return.
KENNETH RMy reservation originally was at other location which sent mine truck out. It was never communicated to me that it was to change location and regional manager helped fine local truck. The screw up on reservation was bad but the recovery to get me a truck was good
James BThe van had low tire pressure as soon as I sat in it. The storage location where I picked it up was nice. The reservation process was a bit cumbersome. Have to answer questions and have a person as a contact so U haul can call them to verify your identity? who does that? What if you have no one available? Then they never called my girlfriend and the guy at the place had to start the rental. If I had waited I would never have gotten the code to get the keys. Poor reservation process. Then we you return the vehicle, you have to take pictures of the odometer and fuel gauge, the inside of the vehicle and the cargo area. Have to jump through hoops to pick up and return. I don't think I would use U haul again. Never had this experience with any other rental company.

Henry LLess condescending. A bit rude and impacient ! I’m not being negative but the fact to be a Mexican person doesn’t mean you’re dumb and that’s how I felt the way this gentleman treated me . I speak perfect fluent English I’m a grown educated man that happens to be Spanish Mexican and for that fact !! I felt a different treatment . Times have changed I respect older and younger people no matter what their nationality is . Do that’s why I can’t rate this 5 stars and will not recommend to a friend . Hope you really understand the pint being made here ! I’m not mad I’m not against this person . He deserves my respect snd courtesy and will be like that always I just didn’t get it from him since my last and first name are Spanish .
HUMBERTO BThey tried pinning obviously prior damage on us. Come with pictures and make sure you’ve completed your equipment condition verification when you initially rent your equipment. Otherwise, they were fine.

SHAWN KThis place was very unprofessional.. I used your truck for about 2 hours . I swept out the back of the truck before I returned it. When I return the truck nobody was there to do my truck return so I had to do it on my phone and I left. 20 min later on my way home I get a call from a guy called Bob Cook who was extremely rude on the phone and demanding me to return because the back of the truck was muddy or he will charge me 100 dollars so I return and when I get back all the truck had wrong with it was my foot prints from me sweeping it out because the bottom of my shoes where wet it took me a total of three minutes clean out the truck it was a horrible experience with Bob Cook if he would have bin at the place at the time I returned the truck all problems could have bin avoided and taken care of immediately instead I have to drive back 20 min away to sweep out a truck for 3 minutes or get charged 100 dollars was very inconvenient and unfair
JAMEER CEverything was perfect. Bob was so kind and helpful from carrying the extra padding from my car to the Uhaul cargo van to holding the umbrella over me while walking to and from the office. He genuinely likes to help folks and is friendly. Chris did a great job checking me out and back in and answered all my questions. She was knowledgeable about the cargo van I was renting and I appreciate both of them. Kudos and a thumbs up!

JESUS REasy, fast and efficient. This was the first time I've rented a U-Haul in a long time. This facility and the staff were most helpful. The online "return" function was also very convenient to utilize. Thanks for a great experience, I know where to go for my next moving rental ... U-HAUL.
