this is on the auto trailer rented and I'm tired of being transfer from location to another we were supposed to have the auto trailer in NH but they couldn't get us one and we closed on our house 12/7/25 and they expected us to go over hours away pick up and we had to wait get the truck after 6 pm on 12/6/25 and get it loaded ridiculous, so we had to hire someone to get our vehicle's to MD which is all we could afford and that cost us 650.00 and them we call you about getting auto trailer in MD we get one and the truck barley fits on trailer but they assured us it would fit made a complaint with NH and MD and one wants to take responsibility for anything. I want my money refunded on the auto trailer we had to buy extra straps to secure the truck keep it on the trailer.

Kevin BVery pleasant and professional experience. The new owners/management have really worked hard at making it a better business than previously. I have rented equipment multiple times over the past years, and this experience was much better than all previous ones. Just stepping inside, it was instantly noticeable how much cleaner and more organized everything was. It now looks like someone actually cares how the business is presented to the customer. The two ladies behind the counter were very friendly and polite. The equipment was in good shape and ready to go as promised at my reserved time. I definitely will continue to use them for my equipment rental needs in the future.
