If assistance with making transportation to and from the location was offered orpossible i.e. Uber/Lyft/Taxi, that would be an improvement. Otherwise, you can't get much better. Y'all are at the top of the game.

Charged my for 50 miles and I only drove 24 and I reached out to customer service only to be told I didn’t complete the walk through therefore I’m subjected to the charges which is bullshit ! To steal money from people during the holidays is really disgusting !

RONALD DMy drop off time was for 8am which was before the office was even open. Not an issue except the return instructions stated to park the truck on the lot. Problem is, as a storage facility you cannot enter the lot without a code. There are no signs or information otherwise about where to leave the truck. So I made the executive decision to drop the truck off on the street out front since the key drop box is located also on the outside of the facility. I get especially tired of such “half-assedness” with companies like U-Haul who only seem interested in operating as cheap as possible and partner with other cheap, raggedy businesses. And especially in 2022, like a professional level sign can’t be made in just a few hours that help customers out better than that. And and, when I originally scheduled to return the truck to an actual U-Haul branded location but was asked (via phone call) to return to here to help with “business demand at the location”. After years of straight BS every time I rented, this will be my last time spending any of my hard earned dollars with U-Haul ever again.
Sacha-Renee SNo one at the office when dropping off truck . When getting in the truck at pick up some one dumped all the trash in the truck on the ground by the front door .But over all the people in the front office were kind and nice people .
Joe BManager at this location needs to be transparent when explaining adding unnecessary charges to the total bill. In this case, fuel was added as instructed to the moving truck and made sure it was at the fuel ine. However, the Manager went ahead and charged my account for an excessive fuel amount of $56. I asked him to send me a copy of that fuel gage for verification and he never did. This is just a rip off!!!
Albert FVan was very dirty inside. We had to sweep the back to make sure it was a bit cleaner for our items. Also, When we turned on the ac, it blew out dust & made my mother cry of how much got in her eyes.

Bronella SSelf Storage located on Challenger Way in Lancaster, CA would not open the gate or answer the phone during business hours to complete the pick-up. This was the same poor experience at drop-off. The truck itself had more than 170,000 miles on it and barely survived a 20mi cross town move. Will rent from Budget or Penske next time.
