RICHARD K | Overall ExperienceThe place was closed and re-assigned location information did not come through until very last minute. at new site truck size was not available and put me in large truck. I was asked to bring a trailer to drop off location and that did not happen. trailers were stored at pick-up locations on a downhill slope. It was not possible to hook up trailer safely without it rolling back. There was only one woman there to help and she was not capable. I am absolutely furious with this rental. Truck was out of alignment and difficult to drive. It was too big to access out tight apartment location. I should be reimbursed for this cluster of events!

ROBERT GIt's under construction. The staff was very nice, but it took a long time to complete the paperwork even though all of the info was already in the reservation. Where the trailer was parked on a slope, it was very difficult to lift the tongue to hook up. In prior rental, the staff would do that.
