I thought my total was the rental and the help. It was confusing and I looked over it again. It said rental paid. Maybe just be more clear that first payment is only to movers and UHaul rental is paid at the end of the move. Thank you, Caren

I've rented from Byron and Michelle twice in a short period of time and they have always been very happy to help me with what I needed. The equipment ran well,clean and ready for pickup at the time we agreed. Great Job to Tower Oaks facility.

There was not a Dolly & I specifically requested & paid for one. This made our entire move extremely harder. Therefore seeing me back to return the truck am hour later than supposed to. I want a full refund. Uhaul made major inconveniences for me by not having my order prepared correctly

Doors were making noises when opening and closing (I'm a mechanic) and can tell you that they are in much need of lubricant. The door in the back was very hard to close. I had to put all my weight to close it (225) pounds
