We were originally supposed to pick up at Storage Solutions located at 4235 Cheney Spokane road (6.3 miles from my home) but it changed last minute to the Storage Solutions located at 34919 N Newport Hwy, Chattaroy, WA 99003 (27 miles from my home). It was very inconvenient. When I called the phone number (8004510465), the reason I was given was because someone needed it to be moved from that location, which I don't understand. I asked if it could at least pick it up on 3rd in Spokane, but was told no without an explanation and I didn't understand any of the extra benefits they have me. What was I going to do with extra miles and the gas when we picked up was already at 1/4 mile? Horrible customer service. I also just got a text to drop it off at 3rd in Spokane when we were already in Richland. My account shows drop off complete in Richland. The man at the Chattaroy location was nice, though.

Shay RShaun was predatory with his tactics and added 5 days and an extra coverage that was not asked for. I needed the van for 1 day and he purposely changed my reservation and then lied about doing so. He charged me $444, never did a vehicle walk around, brought the vehicle to me in a busy parking lot that was packed with a coffee line. The way he parked it I was not able to do an inspection because I was blocking the coffee place. I’ve always had a great experience with uhaul, but unfortunately Shaun has changed this.
