They over charged me and I left it with more grass than what was in the they take your money I will not be using them again

The location where I reserve the truck on Wednesday to be picked upon opening at 9 am Friday morning was not the same location for pickup. I received a call indicating the change of pickup location on Thursday. On day of the truck pick up, the driver was told that he had to use his credit card in order to get the truck. This process caused chaos, I had to be present to start over another application and credit card to get the truck and cancel out the drivers credit card which was a immediate pending charge. This process threw off my entire schedule of completing the move. Not satified with the overall system management. As a first time user of your service, the three questions above does not capture my true experience with your service; my anwers to the questions reflects my experience.
barbara cI reported the truck of having issues. Squealing loud noises. I reported to road side assistance. Suppose to getva discount it never happened instead i was charged more for mileage.
