Samuel GWe rented a truck from a main location ( Corona /6th St CA) because it opened at 7A and they notified us the day before that it was transferred to a smaller location ( 2nd St Norco CA) that opened at 9:30A. We went to that location and she couldn’t find our reservation, so we called the main location and they couldn’t find it even though they had it 20 minutes earlier!! Had to redo the reservation and paperwork wound up costing us $400 more than originally quoted. The women at the smaller location was very helpful and apologetic. She was the only positive and good thing about our experience. We are sending a letter to corporate about our experience and disappointment. The person at the Corona location was dismissive and uncaring.

Joy LNot great. The girl working wasn’t helpful at all. I kept asking if the truck came with a lock And she kept telling me to scan the QR code to watch the video on how it lock it. I really didn’t need that kind of “advice” on a stressful moving day. Paid $2700 for the truck and it doesn’t even come with a lock. Really did not like that location at all. Don’t recommend

Monica SThe parking lot was full so I had to leave my rental in a dirt lot next door. The person (manager) who lives on site would not answer the door. I called customer service after being on hold for 30 minutes. The rep was very pleasant, but I still got charged an extra day rental and insurance. I have been trying to co tact customer service to dispute this charge with no answer after being on hold for an hour. I will never recommend uhaul to anyone and I want my extra charges refunded. Suzanne NThe location was not the problem it was the 1800 number that was terrible and messed up my reservation 3 or 4 times. For that reason I will tell people to avoid uhaul for a while.

ZsaZsa HInput correct information and make sure that you don’t add unnecessary, additional charges. Double and triple check your work to be sure you are entering information correctly.
