they stole $60.22 from me by charging me for checking in after the 24 hour period with no grace period. I feel like they stole this money right out of my pocket and should be arrested. This charge is wrong and should be completely credited.

One man shop and the guy couldn’t get my rental to process even though I had checked in, uploaded drivers license photos etc in advance as suggested.i was there for 45 minutes and he was just on hold trying to get help from U-Haul but never got thru to anybody. I resolved by calling the 800 number and the gentleman was very helpful and walked me thru how to do mobile check in on website. I was then given the keys and when I go to get the truck, it was blocked by a semi tractor trailer and I had to go track down the driver to move the truck so I could leave. I was not provided with any instructions or walk thru on the 15 foot truck, the owner never left his chair. Then with an hour of driving, the check engine light came on. I feel you should know about this location and would appreciate a call back as I also called and placed a complaint on 12/21 but have not heard from anyone. Res number was 18239484
