The truck was blocked in by multiple other trucks I had to get another driver approved so I could even get the truck out without having to waste even more of my rental time. It took almost an hour at location to do the mobile pick up process so then it slowed my process down an lost working leading to delay in returning truck an extra fees being charged. This location driving an parking needs better marked to prevent this from happening to others.

PATRICK BNot a thing. The ladies at this facility were very nice. Did a great job of explaining everything to me when I need a U-Haul again I will definitely go there.
JAMES CThe ladies that assisted me were great. The 6x12 trailer I rented doesn’t come with brakes. Not very safe in my opinion. Also no ramps on the enclosed trailer which does pose a problem unless you have extra help. The communication between corporate head quarters and this location was lame at best If you need to speak to someone at this location you have to go through corporate to do so.

CLIFFORD ROrder was not correct and I did not get the equipment when I needed it. Some equipment was missing. Waited on hold twice for over an hour twice trying to correct my order.

LAWRENCE SNot a huge location, but had everything and more that we needed. They were friendly, professional and most of all fair. Will contact them next time I need moving or hauling help.

larry bCheck engine light was on, original truck I was supposed to pick up was dead, still getting random charges from U-Haul a week later after the amount on my receipt after returning he’s cleared

Dennis SGive the right price next time!! I got an out the door price of 135-ish. That’s what I was told. And now u-haul is trying to charge me an additional $58. Moving is already stressful and expensive as it is. I don’t need someone trying to back door me with extra bills.

Latarsha SI had to wait while checking in as the team member answered a call while the other employee was doing nothing. I was given a rental sheet showing the mileage and how much gas was in the truck along with the key... no walk around. When I asked which truck I was using, the clerk pointed out the window, and said that one. I was not told that I had to wiggle the key to start the truck. I was then informed, upon returning the truck, that the tire light was malfunctioning and that a part had been ordered. The light being on the entire time I had the truck was a bit stressful. I did not feel valued.
BARBARA TThough the unit looked clean, it smelled both inside the cab and the box like cat urine. Once I brought my furniture inside, the smell was so strong, and lasted at least a day until I was able to get it somewhat gone. For the price I paid, to deal wirh that, I wish I had gone elsewhere.

JOSEPH Lupdate the payment methods. I was charged twice on two different cards because the woman said the card was declined. Now catching hell to get my money returned. She couldn't do it at the store. If not returned in 72 hrs. will getting intouch with Consumer Affairs and the Better Business Bureau.
james cThe lady said 400 miles were included but at time pay said only 100 miles were included and she was extremely rude to my wife when the vehicle was picked up ,we will never do business at this facility again.

Robert PMake check-in instructions known ahead of time. I returned the truck when the location was closed. I took a photo of the odometer/gas level, locked the truck up and dropped the key in the return drop box before starting the return process on my phone. When instructed to upload a photo of the odometer/fuel level, the app would only accept a photo taken at that moment… there was no way to select my previously taken photo… and at that point I could no longer get back in the truck, so I was unable to provide that photo. Other than that, the process was smooth.

Paul MTrailer should have had a jack stand. Not the location’s fault. The attendant was very friendly and helpful.
Dennis CThe tailgate on the pickup truck would not go down, made it difficult to move. Also there was trash in the bed of the truck
Elijah RMake sure that a truck that is being picked up after hours has a charged battery. We sat in the parking lot for 2 hours waiting on roadside assistance to arrive and then ended up just switching trucks through the location manager who was kind enough to come to the location after hours to get us new keys.
