Cody SI used the UHaul mobile app to rent a 15' van. I reserved a utility dolly $7, a furniture dolly $7 and 12 furniture pads $10. The furniture dolly was missing, so I would expect a refund of $7. Also, it stated in the contract details that if we did not break the green seal, meaning we did not use any of the equipment, then I would not be charged for those items. When I returned the van, I asked the gal at Storage Works why I didn't receive the furniture dolly as I had reserved. She told me they don't have furniture dollys. I also told her that we did not use the other dolly nor the furniture pads, so would I receive credit for those two items. She said they don''t use the "green seals". Therefore, I have spend $24 on equipment I did not use, and apparently I can't get a refund ?? I had to rent another van on the following day, but I went directly to a UHaul location in person.

Katja DDo something about the frozen lock on the back of the truck. This isn't a game. Making the combination the word "HEAT" is sending me on a quest for hot water instead of addressing the problem. I had limited time and didn't plan to go to the gas station to get hit water so that I could get into the truck

Juan GThe POS system wasn’t running and the backup was also having issues. Maybe try to make an easier system for employees so they don’t have to do the runaround. The young woman who helped us gave excellent customer service despite the system giving her such a difficult time.

Michael EThe pickup location was supposed to be close to my house. It changed to 117th which was to far away. I had to find a driver to take me then I had to drive the 26ft truck home. Everything else was excellent! Very nice customer service, very nice people at pick up and drop off!
lori kDrop off location didn’t open until 9am but had 24/7 drop off. Did online drop off.
Douglas TThe location was fine, I appreciated the rep who helped me. I was not happy when I did the online return, 1 because it took too long, would have preferred a human, and 2 because UHaul is charging me for 2 full days even though I only had the truck 21 hours. Highway robbery! Also, you should have the reps verbally warn that the truck always automatically goes to the TOW setting every time the vehicle is started.

Robin RThe truck we rented was dirty inside the cab. The location is very difficult to get to because of the middle barrier. I would recommend an easier location where we didn’t need to go down to the light turn around in Winco parking lot and then come south down 117th.

Cindy EI will say it was stressful needing to have support when needing the code. I was told after hours to late. Then you should not rent that late with out support. Also it charged me way mire than expected!

PATRICK TWe were missing the carpet dolly. That is the only complaint I have but we were able to make it work without it.
Jason WThe online check-in and return are a massive joke. It look forever to navigate through the requirements including taking photos of yourself, your drivers lic, where the truck was parked, the dashboard of the truck, location tracking/confirmation, and returning was almost as bad...photos of the interior, the truck bed, where you parked, 20 questions on did you, have you...what a pain in the ass. Surprised they didn't ask for a copy of the gas receipt.

John HThe master scheduler did not communicate my proper time for pick up... more specifically, I asked to pick up my 20 ft. U-haul between 9-9:30am on Saturday the 28th. When I arrived promptly at 9am, the site indicated that my truck wouldn’t be available until noon. I had coordinated all my people to support the move. This needs to be improved in the future. I was fortunate that the site did a quick turn around and I was out the door at 10:45am.

Cecilia MI paid for 12 moving blankets and only got 6. Make sure employees know that there is only 6 per bag, so people who pay for 12 get 2 bags.

Kenneth AI spent an hour trying to get my truck, because site down for "scheduled" maintenance. Customer should have been notified of this in advance. Also, spent another hour checking it in due to site problems. I will not rent from uhaul again. MY time is equally important
