The mobile pickup and return process was extremely frustrating and took 30 mins to get the key. Upon return the mobile process did not work after trying for another 30 mins. I will never do mobile no contact ever again. Got charged for gas I did not use - total of 7 miles. Rental location lies about gauges. I have before and after images. It does not take 1/4 tank to drive 7 miles! There was trash left in the passenger foot floorboard that I had to clean out.

Was supposed to get a 26' truck at 8am on N Columbia Blvd. Equipment was not returned the previous evening and when clerk called that morning the customer replied that he still had stuff on the truck and thought he had it rented for another day. They did their best and found me a 20' truck in Vancouver, Wa available at 10am. U-Haul did their best but it still cost me an extra $400 ($200 per hour) for the movers I had scheduled for 8:30 that morning. I feel slightly ripped off even though the folks did their best. I did get same deal but less truck. Am going to have to figure out a way to get the last of the stuff to my new place 85 miles away. Partual refund? Got less truck only kept 2 1/2 days instead of 4...sorry U-Haul couldn't afford gas for 2 trips in that truck approximately 200 round trip.

Kerry N.Get some individuals over there at the Wills location that want to work and be patient, helpful no matter what a customer's situation is in trying to rent a Uhaul- get rid of the negative attitudes!! no matter who it is coming in for assistance. Be a little more helpful with all seniors-by bringing the Uhaul to the front rather than having them walk all the way across a field to get their uhaul. Thank goodness a guy at that location assisted me but had to ask for the help! Customers should be given a discount instead of a free extra day to keep a Uhaul bc in all honesty, we the customers are helping to keep your Uhaul truck safe from the thieves that are stealing your catalyst converters!! I know this because one of the young ladies with the attitude told me!

We were able to follow all directions, including watching the video and trying different browsers. At any rate, I think Billie worked with us at Storage Works, and she was very helpful, professional, and friendly.

There seemed to be a problem with the app when I tried to correct the amount of gas in the app. But one staff member took care of that for me. It all went well. The staff here were great in explaining everything before I rented. No surprises. Yeah!
