I was given the wrong dolly. Luckily I had my own, but the "appliance dolly" that I was given did not meet my needs since I had almost all boxes.
EARL GWas charged for fuel when it was not required (more fuel at drop off than pick up). Was not informed of the charge nor given a receipt for the charge. Will be disputing with credit card company if not refunded quickly.
DAVID BThis was a very good experience. The truck functioned exactly as expected. The checking process was good and the return was very good using the app. One thing I really appreciated was I needed to extend the rental by 2 hours and that wasn’t a problem at all.

Mary AThe worst thing was google maps taking me to the back gate instead of the actual building and the picture on google showing units and not showing which door is the door for your location, other than Google's blunders everything else was perfect.
Chris PThe back was all dirty and the check engine light was on as soon as I started it for the first time. Non of the stickers where you’re supposed to do maintenance on the vehicle has been updated so who knows when they last looked at it. Finally the app would not work for check out would not proceed to the next page for me to answer these question. U-Haul has gone down hill.

Delbert PThe person that assisted me with my rental was not very helpful and it seemed like it was her first day on the job. Her dog was jumping on me and it took a while for her to tell the dog to stop. I like dogs but I don't think it's very professional to have in most work places. She did not know her own password to the computer and got logged out for thirty minutes so I had to do everything on my phone even though I requested her help with picking up my rental. She gave me the wrong gate code number so I couldn't pull the uhual out of the gate. Thankfully, someone was there pulling out and opened it for me. I can't imagine how long I would have been stuck there... When I attempted to go back inside to request the correct gate code she already locked the door, turned off the lights, and left. The open sign was still on and it was five minutes before they close. I know it was five minutes before they close on a Friday, but she could have at least waited until I left the location. The truck was ready to go and returning it was easy. I would have parked it in the same spot behind the gate for them too, except the code didn't work.
ADAM PReturned the 6x12 trailer on a Sunday morning. The young girl at the desk could not help me lift the trailer from my truck. Luckily, a storage customer helped me pull it off. If he wasn’t there, I wouldn’t been able to leave it.

Kevin CCould not check in like advised. Rep told us that something cost one thing but based on site they were wrong then told us it was not full so we did not have to fill just to get charged to fill the truck. Not happy.

Courtnie AIt was set up for me to pick up the truck at 8am and the business did not open until 9am. The system did not work and I sat on hold trying to talk to a uhaul rep but never got through, so I had to wait until business opened and then the person who was working the counter could not get the key out fo the box either. I was about two hours late getting started due to this. Also when I returned the truck I was charged another 10.65 for gas even though I left it with the same amount as I received the truck in. U-haul system for after hours pick-up and drop off sucks.
