Kim CIn all of my years, I have never encountered a more appalling experience that the one I encountered on Saturday, January 27, 2023 at this location. Frank was extremely rude, brash and disrespectful towards my wife and I after we reserved a 26' box truck in advance on 01/24/2024. He gave our truck away to another customer while arrogantly blaming his mistake on a system glitch. My personal information was provided to a complete stranger while they drive a Uhaul box truck under my name after adding the pure stranger's information to my contract as an Authorized Driver without my consent.

BRIAN SI picked up the U-Haul with close to no gas in tank but for some reason I’m being forced to pay to fill the tank to 1/4. This is uncalled for.

Bridget PThe original location was Atlantic Ave. Raleigh NC. This location was about an hour away because the site said the original site had a truck, but the U-Haul person that called me the night before said it didn't, and that there was nothing closer. I was forced to drive and hour to the facility then an hour back. Additionally, the truck didn't have a hand truck, which I had ordered. Luckily I was not charged for the hand truck, but I needed it.

troy dThey were doing the business and had no idea how to operate the equipment or to inspect the equipment to find out if there’s anything wrong. I had to do it on my cell phone and I had to inspect the equipment because they didn’t know what to look for.
