I was contacted the day before my rental by Carla and then by Carlos offering two different pick up locations. I chose the latter with Carlos but I paid for a dolly and there was none. Cecilia from the Decatur location gave me a $50 guarantee bc the pick up location didn't open until 10 am causing my entire day to go awry .I have the receipt of refund. Today 3 hours after drop off I got woken up by George saying the dolly was missing but I paid for one and it was missing as well. Was told I could only pick up dolly from the ORIGINAL rental location on Las Vegas Blvd and Ford which I live literally down the street from. Went there and they didn't have one but offered a utility dolly and I refused bc I cannot lift that dolly into the truck. I was already frustrated that Carlos didn't include the dolly and ruined the start of my day yet I'm charge for driving from one side of town to the next and had to pay another rental fee bc of the dolly not being left in the truck. Never again no one cares but I STILL was charged for a dolly!
