The woman (I believe named Tiffany) was unprofessional and nasty. She told me to “Get out of her office”. She should be fired for such unprofessional conduct. All I said is that I was not late after taking her ridiculous statement several times in silence. I arrived in the lactation at 12:00 and attempted the app checkin. After that did not work I walked inside at 12:05. She was helping another customer and told me I was next. This was fine. When she starts helping me she immediately starts with I was late and how lucky that she did not place me on 24hr call. I don’t know what that is. The store hours are 10am- 6pm. Why would the store be closed. Anyway, I finally had enough when she told me I was rushing her when I was not. I told her I was not late and to stop saying so. I pointed out that it was 12:12 at that moment of the argument, and that a 15 min grace periods is the norm so how was I late? She then proceeded to tell me to get out of her office. I proceeded to sign paper work then left. Very nasty woman!

Store staff was friendly but truck cab was dirty. Also got changed for fuel fee. I brought vehicle back with the same when I first left.

Make sure headlights are working I lost an evening of being able to use the uhual at night because only one headlight worked, and I also got charged for asking for a courtesy extension

Tracie hooked me up with the storage space, helped set up the U-Haul, and checked me out with it when I got back. How I was hit with 18 extra miles I can’t figure out but Tracie was GREAT
