I was originally scheduled to pick up a Uhaul at the Think Storage location in South Jordan but when we showed up, no one was there. We contacted someone from Uhaul and they attempted to contact them but still had no luck. The person we talked to at Uhaul was wonderful and quickly redirected us to another location. I'm extremely satisfied with Uhaul but am very disappointed with Think Storage.Georgina A.

That place is a rip off. She said I would be charged $5 per gallon so I was thinking that less than the current price. My bill indicates I was charged 2 gallons of gas for driving the vehicle 11 miles! I can send the receipt if you like. Total scamRobert P.

I used the mobile pick up and drop off because it was after hours. I struggled with the pickup and had to make calls to UHaul to figure it out. The equipment was clean, and drop off was easier than pickup. I would definitely recommend!Sherry H.

I was charged an additional 104$ AFTER i checked the truck in and was told everything was good to go. I filled up the gas and even turned the truck back in 3 hours early. Very disappointed and will NEVER use U-Haul or this place again. Penske all the way! Also, I am on the radio so this will 100% get talked about and how bad it is.Nicholas P.

I just had issues checking in the rental, my location was off on my phone I went into settings and turned it on and still didn't pick up my location, I couldn't continue with out it picking up my location, I think you should be able to manually, but even after turning it on I had to turn off my phone and restart several times. But other than that the service was exceptional, the pick up was quick and friendly.Rachel B.
Location is a little hard to find if you have never been there before. Perhaps better signs would help. Great place once your there and the staff was friendly and helpful.Clifford B.
Returning the cargo van using my cell phone was a disaster. After trying several times I finally called U-Haul. After talking with 3 individuals I was advised to drop the key AND contract in the drop box. The process should be quicker and easier.Linda J.

U-Haul could put in a lot more effort trying to make their online experience a whole lot easier and to make step-by-step guidelines as well as saving each and every image that is taken and uploaded to the so called â€œU-Haul App.â€ Please try to hire better: 1. Employees - (Katie) 2. Managers - (Troy Jacobson) and everyone working at the location at the StoragePlus Taylorsville is a complete HELL HOLE! I feel they are uneducated, lazy, and they are flat out LIARS! I LOVED U-HAUL until I experienced this location and now I will NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER RENT ANOTHER U-HAUL AGAIN! I will be writing a review to keep others away from the Taylorsville location at 5937 Traditions Ln. Please Please Please contact U-Haul Corporate and let Them know how extremely rude, unprofessional, stingy, complete penny pincher, fraud, inconsiderate, POS that Troy Jacobson is.Christie J.

This place is awesome! We got to use a brand new van for our move! 1st time I've never seen such a nice CLEAN place with great vehicles for rent when it comes to Uhaul. The gentleman helping us was ssssoooo friendly, had us rolling in tears from laughing, and so understanding when a rock hit our window and cracked it. (Buy the rental insurance) Overall, this business gets a 10+! GREAT JOB GUYS!Joey H.

My drop off location was closed on Sunday, but returning was still easy. And I didn't have problems with being overcharged. I just followed the easy instructions on my phone, took a few pictures of the condition I left the truck in and out the keys in the drop box. I'd rent from U-Haul again.Kezia C.

They left a message on my voice mail giving instructions for my Sunday return. They gave a phone number to call if I had any problems (which I did have). Unfortunately when I tried the number (3 times) it came up as not in service or disconnected. However, he did make a call when I went back on Monday and figured out what had gone wrong and was able to work things out with my truck return. I appreciated his professionalism.Lisa W.
