I was supposed to be able to pick up the van at 7:00am with the on-line self check in service. However this didn't happen as I was not able to use the self check in due to not being given all the information needed to complete the check in process. I did call the U-Haul 800 number on 3 different occasions but after waiting on hold for 20 minutes on a couple of the attempts, I gave up. The store didn't open until 10:00am so I lost 3 hours in this process. Very frustrating experience dealing with your automated customer service line.

You messed up my order twice...one, marking my return of the Uhaul to Ohio and second, telling me to drop it off in Franklin when they don’t even have a drop-off!! We had to drive up to Greenwood.

I had one of the worst experiences with U-Haul. This is also my first time and will be my last time. I called earlier in the day to discuss possibly picking up the truck earlier. I was told I could not so I said if that’s fine. I’ll still keep my reservation then. The representative cancelled my order and I was not made aware until later in the day. The same time I needed the rental to be precise. The lady on the phone had to find me a completely different pickup truck that was VERY far from the original. That cost more in gas. Once I arrived I was unable to get into the car. No one explained how to get in the car. I was waiting to speak to someone for help for over 30 minutes. I wasn’t able to even get in the car and leave for over an hour. So I was a whole hour short of my three hours. This is the WORST ever.

I was charged a cleaning fee for smoking and trash under the passage seat. No one was in the van with me on the passager side and I did not smoke in the van, I notice the ashes after I left the place, worker did not check the inside, just gave me the keys. If I ever go back to this place I will make sure to check the inside real good even under the seats.

The final location was helpful. The location was changed 3 times and the truck size was changed requiring me spend two and a half hours to modify the package to fit within the smaller truck.

When making my reservation, I told them the location I was going to be dropping it off at because it was closest to my destination. They called me from Keystone Ave. and demanded I drop off at their location only. NOT HAPPY!!!!!

There needs to be a more clear set of directions outside the drop box to remind customers to make sure they did their online return process before dropping the keys. We dropped the keys first and had to struggle through to close the contract.

The runners were stripped, and the trailer looked banged up. The overhang was hard. The door had been pushed out, so you had to push it in to close it.

Wish there was a locking gate mechanism when we accessed the facility at night. We felt that anybody could drive in behind us.
