The location and service was great. However the online checkout process is incredibly broken. The website rejects .jpeg files so I had to convert my photo to a .png or else it wouldn't be accepted. This is not an issue with the location so much as the UHaul corporate website.Spencer H.

The woman at the desk was very cold and unapproachable, it was clear she was distracted while making Christmas ornaments or doing some kind of crafting while â€œhelping meâ€. I was struggling to check in on my phone and was given very little assistance as she was doing crafts at the front desk. Upon getting to my truck, I struggled to close the cargo door and was patronized about not fully closing the latch before opening it. I definitely would rent storage again from this location, but with the treatment I was given when picking up my truck, I would never rent another Uhaul truck from this location.Madison W.

Truck drove horribly and was pretty beat up in the cabin. Steering was absolutely awful. I had to drive extra slow to avoid causing an accident. Truck didn't start a few times also.Brian K.

The truck we were expecting was not returned by the previous customer. The location had another 15' truck on their lot. It was labeled out of service because the windshield washer pump was not working. I told them not a problem and rented the truck. However, about 20 minutes into my 5 hour drive, the A/C died. It was a 90 degree day. So, I went old school and rolled down the window.matt M.

I was late to return the truck, tried to call twice and got cutoff both times. I was told that I would be charged an extra $19.95 because I was late which would have been acceptable but when I received my invoice I was charged double for everything!! Twice what I should have paid. Liked Uhaul and used them a few times a year but not anymore!Rick B.

The service was great, the only thing they said is that the vehicle had a full tank of gas and it wasn't. But I did back a full tank of gas anyways. So in future make sure that your actually giving the customer a full tank of gas before instructing them to take back a full tank.Romeo J.

This was my first time renting a U-Haul and I had a wonderful experience! The woman at the counter when checked us in was very friendly. She also recommended dollies for us and she was right. We returned the truck earlier than anticipated and we were met by a gentleman in the parking lot. He checked us out very quickly. I was charged for cleaning when there was NOTHING left in the back of the pick up I drove. I only moved a couch so why I was charged $20 I'll never know.Allisha G.
The truck smelled of cigarettes, and there was no where for me to notate that and it was also described as "clean." Something like a simple air freshener would've helped the smell, and a deep cleaning of the leather and surfaces in the vehicle. After driving in it for 14 hours, my clothes all smelled like smoke and I am a non-smoker.Jacob R.

I really love the facility. The professionalism of the staff was great. My only complaint is the first storage room they gave me had a leaky pipe which set my things up for mold. i wasn't happy at all with that but they gave me another clean dry storage area.
