The location was close to where I live so it was very convenient, and the whole process of reserving, paying for, picking up and dropping the truck off was very quick and efficient and problem free. Drop off was a bit of a pain. The place had no after hours drop off area and the drop off procedure online did not fit what I was seeing at the facility. Luckily someone else was dropping a truck off so I just hooked up the trailer to the truck.Joseph M.

Truck was not clean and smelled of cigarette smoke. When I started the truck the dash indicated low passenger tire air pressure. Uhaul rep said her husband usually fixes these things, however he was not there. I had to set up her air compressor and put air in myself. I asked her if she thought the tire would be ok an my over 200 mile trip, she said it should be ok. Not the case. Light came on about every 50 miles, delaing my drive time over an hour. The tire kept going down so I called Uhaul for roadside assistance. After 30 minutes on hold with a prompt telling me online or the app was faster, I hung up and used my app. App told me request was acknowledged but I saw no further progress for another 30 minutes. I had perishables on the truck, so I bought a can of fix a flat for $20.00 and temp fixed it myself. I explained the issue to the drop off location and they said I would have to contact Uhaul to get reimbursed for the fix a flat purchase. Will Uhaul reimburse me?RICHARD P.

There was no one there. We called their phone and they said they were open Monday-Saturday 9am to 5pm. We showed up on 9/8/2021 at 9:17am and there was no one there and no way to turn in the trailer. We went through our account on the internet to live chat and tell the U-Haul customer service agent that we left the 5x8 U-Haul trailer within the fence of this location but COULD NOT check in the equipment properly.Arlen G.
Have a better online system for booking, 'renting' and paying. I was under the impression that I had locked in all of my Uhaul needs only to find out I hadn't. Very confusing, and from what I've heard, this is the norm.Monique G.

We dropped off the vehicle on Sunday and Monday morning I returned there to explain why we didn't have a contract to return with the keys. The trailers could use a Jack to raise it up to connect it to the hitch. It was not easy to lift. It would be next to impossible for someone elderly.Tim H.

Not on U-haul, but there is no street sign for the road they are located on, and Google maps took me down the wrong the road altogether. The road is off Industrial rd. Very helpful and nice.Kevin G.

It would be a nice when you make a reservation through central call center in enough time to get what you made it for. A 10 foot is not a 15 foot. It is not an upgrade...actually down grade as i have to pay extra for fuel and totally over kill to haul one piece of furniture. No issue with rental in lawrenceburg just central uhaul to get what one makes reservation for...i do not get reimbursed for the 8 additional gals of fuel.RONALD D.

I would not recommend uhaul to anyone. I was told if I made sure the truck had the same amount of gas in it as when I got it I would be okay. I was charged a fuel fee after topping the fuel off. I was also told I would be charged 40 cents per mile I went over. I ended up being charged 82 bucks on top of what it cost to rent the truck and the gas I put in.Morgan W.
It was not easy to locate as it is tucked within residential rural area. Uhaul General after hour Phone service was terrible. Could not connect to a life person as promised in the contract for help. Recording of advert was just playing on the line. Very annoying. The dolly I rented was not with the truck and I was charged for it. Uhaul Billing was confusing. Was charged at pick up and drop off which I don't understand. I think I was overcharged and plan to call uhaul later in the day. Instructions to pick up by phone was hectic and time consuming. Will never do after hours pick up again. Location was 25 Miles from my residence and not where I picked during my reservation.Livinus O.

We had to wait 30 minutes for an employee to show up and open the store. We had a 9am scheduled uhaul pick up, no one showed up till 9:30am, no one answered phone, etc. there was no real explanation or apology. This made us late for our trip- there was no effort to even rectify the situation.Caleb W.
I had parked my Uhaul behind another outside their gates and when I went to their office I was told to bring it inside as she couldn't walk 10 feet to check the trucks mileage and gas. At that time I remembered that I had not filled the tank back up and asked where the nearest gas station would be and she said she didn't know but I could just pay the difference. If I had realized I'd be charged $80 for 20 gallons of gas I would have just found a gas station. All around terrible experience.Devin B.

The person supposed to check truck in for us wasn't there and we left the key with another person at location. Truck was checked but was considered late, we then were charged for 2 days for less than 24 hour possession of the truck. Lots of aggravation getting this mess straightened up.libby R.

Very confusing. Made reservationn weeks in advance, then with 24 hour confirmation did not have vehicle available at location reserved. Had to go to different location...girl at original location knew nothing. Too many phone calls, etc. to get correct information, location etc.during what is already a stressful time. Will consider other options than uhaul in the future...Patricia S.
