The owner of Store More is great, but they were close when I went to start my rental. I had to use the U-Haul app and it let me down, so I had to call the toll-free number to start my rental. I will not be using the app again if I can help it.

TERESA HNo one was even there. They had posted hours of operation but the place was completely locked up and they wouldn’t answer their phones. Had to call corporate after dropping it off to let someone know that it was even there.

She helped us with the entire process and made it easy to rent. I will definitely go see her again when I need to move.

Neil LFacility is at the back of an industrial area, more lighting would be nice for nighttime pickups. More info about mobile pickup would be good before arriving too. I was unaware that someone would have to be called to verify my identity, and it was a late pickup.

Lee FThe online check in took a lot longer than I expected. Had to keep taking the same photos over and over. It took about 30 to 40 minutes to finally get done. But overall the truck was great running and nice and clean. I would use them again if I ever need to move again

PAMELA LDrop off was a bit of a pain. The place had no after hours drop off area and the drop off procedure online did not fit what I was seeing at the facility. Luckily someone else was dropping a truck off so I just hooked up the trailer to the truck.
Joseph MTruck was not clean and smelled of cigarette smoke. When I started the truck the dash indicated low passenger tire air pressure. Uhaul rep said her husband usually fixes these things, however he was not there. I had to set up her air compressor and put air in myself. I asked her if she thought the tire would be ok an my over 200 mile trip, she said it should be ok. Not the case. Light came on about every 50 miles, delaing my drive time over an hour. The tire kept going down so I called Uhaul for roadside assistance. After 30 minutes on hold with a prompt telling me online or the app was faster, I hung up and used my app. App told me request was acknowledged but I saw no further progress for another 30 minutes. I had perishables on the truck, so I bought a can of fix a flat for $20.00 and temp fixed it myself. I explained the issue to the drop off location and they said I would have to contact Uhaul to get reimbursed for the fix a flat purchase. Will Uhaul reimburse me?

ROBERT SThere was no one there. We called their phone and they said they were open Monday-Saturday 9am to 5pm. We showed up on 9/8/2021 at 9:17am and there was no one there and no way to turn in the trailer. We went through our account on the internet to live chat and tell the U-Haul customer service agent that we left the 5x8 U-Haul trailer within the fence of this location but COULD NOT check in the equipment properly.
Arlen GHave a better online system for booking, 'renting' and paying. I was under the impression that I had locked in all of my Uhaul needs only to find out I hadn't. Very confusing, and from what I've heard, this is the norm.
