No Dropbox. No parking lot. No spots big enough for the truck. Took an hour to drop off because we had to connect to chat after searching for the non existent drop box.

No drop box and no on-site assistance. The virtual manager on the screen said they accept the vehicle but had no idea where to take the key. I stayed on hold with U-Haul for 20 minutes and they had to send the area manager over to get the keys and truck. Do NOT return vehicles with keys here.

Had difficulty with drop-off procedure. Had to call U-Haul for further assistance. Took too much time.
