BREANNA LStaff did not properly connect the trailer. It came off the vehicle 10 minutes after pickup, not even the chains kept the trailer connected. The trailer crossed into traffic and was hit by a truck, extremely lucky nobody was injured....

EARL BOur trailer was great as was Stormore. We returned on the wekened when Stormore was closed my husband found this a bit inconvient as we had to have some one come woth us to unhook the trailor. The person we booked with on the phone said use the app to check the trailer back in. The app leaves alot to be desired,however. I tryed to use it but it tried to charge me again after i had already paid! Not only did it try to charge me what I had already paid it was charging more on top of that. I will never use your app or recomend to anyone. I will recommend uhaul and the store i used, but only that they call or go to uhaul in person.
Jessica HEasy and smooth process. Only thing the app got frozen during the drop off process and I have to start over few times before getting through.

Erik SMake sure the customer signs the receipt before sending it online. To be more specific, my online receipt does not have my signature on it, because I never signed it. When I called, the desk lady told me there is no where for me to sign. Other than that, everything else went great.

Peter LTire tiedown straps were not tight enough they were dragging on the road I had to stop and redo them so they wouldn’t drag on the road,,,, I asked the lady about this when I seen this and she said it was just fine but I could see they were not tight enough she didn’t care

Mark R | Overall ExperienceWhen you are renting monthly and you only need it for one or two weeks into the next month you still have to pay for a full month. Just wish you could rent for 1/2 month but you can’t. It’s only full months. Other than that, it’s very clean and I love the security of the place!

SHANNON LPlease make sure that all requested pads, dolly, and tie downs are in the truck prior to customer pick up. I had to drive out to West Fargo to get mine, not only did it waste gas , but my time and mileage as well.

Jessica GUnclean truck, no blankets in storage container and charged for a day I was told I would not be charged for. And returned truck on 1/2 tank and was later told that it was suppose to be returned on just above half so I was charged even more. Very unhappy with service.
Chrystal RA better explanation of the return process would be helpful. I didn’t log in to return the truck until after I locked and returned the keys. I wasn’t able to submit the required photos because of this. Had I know about the return process I would have checked in to return before I locked and turned in the keys. (This was an after hours return).

Scott RWhen I got a call from the male manager to say where and when I would pick it up, I was upset as I was told when I booked it that I could get vehicle at 7 and this site didn’t open till 10. He was good about giving me a number to call to see about any changes First of all, the person at Fargo on Main ave should have been able to do something to say I wanted it at 7. When I went to pick it up in MHD, the “receptionist” was awesome. She showed kindness and patience with us and those before us.

Matt sNothing with this location needs to change. What could be improved, through the online ordering, would be clarification on the rental fees for pads and 2-wheel dolly/cart. It appeared through the online process that it was only a 1-time fee for those rentals and not a per-day fee. Not that it was a huge cost but just wasn't clear to us. That could also be from us misunderstanding something as well. Again, this location was awesome. They had the truck ready and warming up (extreme cold conditions) for me when I arrived. The staff at this location are amazing!

Shane AEverything was great with our storage unit. The only small bobble was that the welcome text indicated that there would be a lock in the unit, but in reality we had to purchase one. We were able to buy one on site easily enough though! Everything was clean, secure, and well lit.
Katherine K | Overall ExperienceI understand that we live in a aggressive market for storage. We as a society are always buying thing we really don't need. So arise a need for company's like your to provide space. Even though I will not appeal to your pocket book, because like a true capitalist, you want to make money. Most likely you want to retire from your normal job and sit back and make money while doing nothing. I understand about providing space to people for rent, and building storage units. I work for a company that manages units. And even though the metal market is crazy right now, and adding more units cost more today then a year ago. I certainly don't think it is right you raise the storage rent to your loyal customers just to pay for you to expand. Yes right now you may be at full capacity for units. Rest assure just like the Apartment issues back in early 2103, there will be others who build storage units. They will charge less, and you will loose customers. Because you are greedy. Because you see your customers as numbers. But like I said , I am sure I am wasting my breath, your pocket book has never been fuller, and you will dismiss my comments as an unhappy customer.
JERIMIAH J | Overall ExperienceI did the phone check in/check out. The key was not in the lock box. I had to contact the facility as no one was there. I didn't leave the lot until about 2:30 so got a later start then wanted. Couldn't figure out how to finish completed check in once I was provided with the key so the person provided me with mileage and gas levels. Would use a different location next time and would DEFINITELY NOT use the online check in/check out as it was more of a headache than anything.

Marc P | Overall ExperienceSecurity features were in place but lacked monitoring or the level needed to prevent simple thief and damage to stored contents. Suggest security on each unit that notifies the tenant when there unit has been accessed. Random patrols of the premises during non staffed hours and the review of the overnight security footage each morning. Additional cameras that cover both sides of the drive isles (not enough cameras). would also improve security.

At first I was a little apprehensive to rent a storage unit on the do-it-yourself kiosk, but it turned out to be a very simple process. I felt safe when stopping by alone. All staff members were friendly and helpful in their communications. It's a great place to store your belongings.
