I was overcharged with mileage, truck was very loud needs a muffler and wasn't idling properly. Engine light was on indicating service needed. Location was too far for pick up and drop off from residence preference, we should have been given credit for mileage. This location had a pleasant employee easy to deal with.

I was very frustrated. In the 2 weeks since I made the reservation the location was moved twice. I chose the location that I did because of where I live and where I was moving to. It made the whole moving experience very inconvenient

Deepest Thanks go to the young lady who was the staff member I dealt with. She was pleasant and very helpful, when I was so very anxious. All in all a good experience and I would certainly recommend this location to friends and family.

My Uhaul experience was good. I did hire movers that were on their site called "Happy Endings". I choose them because their price was reasonable, and found you get what you pay for. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. They broke my office desk and I work from home so a big inconvenience, and they told me it was cheap Ikea furniture, but it was actually from Costco. They told me they would give me 2 labour hours back, but only if I write a good review first. I initially thought I could, but then that felt wrong to do and the cost of that type of desk cost more than their offer. Also one of the workers used my toilet and plugged it up extremely bad and did not tell me, nor offer to fix it. So I was left with a VERY bad situation with someone else feces. I tried to reach out multiple times to give them an opportunity to compensate me for that nasty cleaning, and the desk and they have choose to avoid me. I asked for their insurance information to claim against them. They do not respond. So I was left with a "crappy" situation, and a broke desk that I had to replace for my work.

Having the appointment pickup location changed three times and the time changed once made this a frustrating experience. Dropping off the vehicle I was brushed off with “we'll bill your credit card” I wasn't given a final invoice. I've rented vehicles before and uhaul seems to be haphazard with there process

I did not get the vehicle I requested at the location I requested. It got the job done, but I should have paid closer attention the confirmation. The vehicle was not cleaned in between rentals. There was a pop bottle under the seat and a sticky steering wheel. Very unsettling during a global pandemic.

I emailed the company with regards to cleaning charges they put on my receipt but no response on explaining what it is for as the truck is not dirty when I returned it.

The employees is rude. I have to tell her my credit card details aloud. She told me that the card slider was not working. She told that I have to wait the whole day to process my rental of u-haul. This is not acceptable practice. Earlier too I have given a complaint. Do you take the information seriously. The other staff members use the slider for my card information.

My only suggestion for improvement, is if the original location the customer has reserved at (in my case with over a week's notice), please give more notice. I was texted/called less than 24 hours before my pickup time with an alternative location. I may have been able to find a truck at another location closer to where I was going, resulting in lower mileage charges. Otherwise the customer service rep was very friendly and explained everything to me promptly. I've used U-Haul before and likely will again in the future.

The check in was confusing and we wasted an hour of our move in the phone. That being said the lady we dealt with was more than helpful & very friendly - we appreciated all of her help! There were two other groups there to pick up trucks and all had the same problems as us with picking up their truck. The checkout was simple, clear and seamless. The cost was low and the truck made the move a one trip move which was nice.

Worst experience I've had with U-Haul. Very poor quality of service the girl on location was rude. I understand given the global situation but how many people actually can rely on these online programs. We had a difficult time picking up the vehicle delayed our day by 30 min.

I had a bad experience sad but true, This is the last time I will do business to u haul and I will not get tired to tell all my friends my experience to you guys, I rented the u haul on the 7th of Nov, and unfortunately something not good happened so we keep the u haul until 8th of Nov but I phoned them to inform them that I will keep the truck for another day, we agreed said that return the truck anytime at night so I did return the Truck, around 8pm we went there but realized that we forgot to put back in the gas so we look for a gas station nearby so make story short at 8:15 to 8:30 the truck is successfully returned, locked the doors and put the key on the orange box, my friend pick us up at the same time, I thought everything went smoothly but I was wrong in morning of Nov 9 they phoned to saying that I did not returned the key and the truck is missing, and 100% sure that I returned it at same location, they said that if they report it to the police Its gonna be shown that I stole the truck???? Bless that lady I spoke to, she even shouted at me coz I told her to look to your security camera so I can prove that I did return the truck, she yelled at me saying there's no point to look for security camera coz the key and the truck is 100% not there and she hang up! when Im going to work after that thinking so hard where's that truck goes??? I see my self in a accident hit the post and it damaged my front car, see what you guys did to me!!! U haul was not great to deal business with!! ??????

u should rent trucks the same as rental companies, receive full of gas and return full of gas to avoid having customers over pay for fuel.

The location was great and the service at store smart was great. But the uhaul itself was awful to drive, needs some maintenance for sure. Also I will probably never use uhauls services again. I locked the key in the unit at the drop off location. Was told you guys dont have spare there and I would need to call uhaul to get a locksmith. Why isnt the locksmith included in the rental cost ? I got additional insurance and still had to pay 100 out of pocket !! What an expensive day! I paid uhaul almost $200 plus $50 in fuel, only to have to dish out another $100 ! Ridiculous. Other companies do not do this.
