I did not receive any communication about pick up details. When I arrived there was no one on site, so I called and was able to remotely check out the U-Haul. It would've been helpful to receive an email/text saying what the steps are for pick up (e.g. If no one is on site, call ___ number to check out remotely. Etc.)

I had to come up with a “novel” way to raise the trailer hitch tongue high enough to hitch it to my car; it was too heavy for me to lift alone. I am surprised that there is no tongue jack on a trailer of this size. Otherwise the trailer was in good condition and pulled easily.
