The customer representative her name is”Jazz” was amazing helping us to get the truck, she went above and beyond , she wait to make sure we got our keys and get in the truck. Was a very cold night and she did everything she could to keep us safe and in line with us, she never left us alone, I had problems with my cell and then it died, so she help us to add my husband number before my phone died. Thank you so much JAZZ you’re the best.

Just a little out of way but they needed a trailer and was great that u haul was able to change my drop off location
STASIA WThis location was over 30 minutes from my originally requested pick up location and the facility was at the end of a dangerous dirt road. This location was not a suitable fill-in for my requested location and should not be used for any future location replacement.
SCOTT LDrop off site off road in an area no one would suspect. No hope without GPS. Tricky to find WITH GPS! Owner very helpful but had to call and wait 30 minutes for assistance in dropping off trailer. Signage could be much better.
