We were able to move our piano will care and ease in a timely manner. We appreciate having this U-Haul close to us and to the location we needed to pick up our piano. Ted BYou're app is complete garbage. The app wouldn't let me get the vehicle because it couldn't find my location but on another part of the app it had my location dead on. Had to have a friend get the app and do it for me. Took 40 minutes. Almost cancelled because of it. Everything else was good.

Ed CI refused a trailer the previous day from a UHAUL facility in Warren Ohio. The trailer was filthy, the tires were well worn and cracking, and the wheel bearings were loose. They did dispatch a tow truck company from an hour away to replace the tires, while I waited for 90 minutes to discover the wheel bearings were loose. The next day the store manager helped me find the trailer in Newton Falls Ohio (my first reservation contact) but was not interested in listening to or compensating for my extremely poor customer service experience at her store indicating a $50 refund would suffice. UHAUL 880 customer service referred me back to the store manager and was not helpful. This whole negative experience could have been avoided if the trailer was cleaned, inspected, and made road worthy prior to my arrival to pick it up. My trip with the trailer from Newton Falls was successful and I was completely satisfied with a clean trailer in excellent operating condition from a friendly and confident UHAUL representative.
