When I picked up the truck, they told me one price, when I brought the truck back to return it, they told me a much higher price.

Randall WGo over the vehicle with all customers. Not just to review any damage but to go over the U-Haul's features. I was told to just drive away with very little info on how to operate the truck or work the back door. Fortunately, I've rented U-Haul trucks before so this wasn't a major issue. But I was a little confused when I noticed the tow indicator lamp was on (it looks like a hitch trailer to the right, under the speedometer). So my recommendation is to have the rental location review all of these features before letting customers drive away.
Jeffrey PMy only complaint is about the truck. The radio would not turn off or change channel. The drivers door did not close properly. The people were friendly and easy to deal with.

Peter MReservation was never set up, Despite receiving a despite receiving a confirmation email from the site. Arrived at the location at 7 AM and wasn’t able to take the vehicle. Had to call U-Haul customer support and speak with the manager in order to set up reservation and retrieve vehicle.

Debbie THidden fees not discussed at time of rental. Final bill was $88 higher than expected due to rental rate charge, rental charge and safe move charge. I am unhappy. Truck was fine but hidden fees made it nasty.

Willam SI had a need for a much larger truck. This location did an excellent job of getting me whatever they could. It would be helpful if U haul could get more options to this facility. What took me 6 days to do could have been done in half the trips if you could have gotten them more larger trucks to rent. Heather was excellent in working with me and I appreciated everything she did to accommodate me.

David SThe vehicle itself was very dated. The window crank popped off every time I rolled up or down. The steering wheel wrap was so worn that the adhesive, or perhaps just a break down of the material, resulted in my hands sticking to the wheel/ tacky for the duration. Also, having navigation connections particularly for longer drive times, would make sense these days, though aware these are older vehicles. Otherwise the vehicle drove well enough and the pick up/ drop off process simple.
