Willam ScherderI had a need for a much larger truck. This location did an excellent job of getting me whatever they could. It would be helpful if U haul could get more options to this facility. What took me 6 days to do could have been done in half the trips if you could have gotten them more larger trucks to rent. Heather was excellent in working with me and I appreciated everything she did to accommodate me.

David ShupackThe vehicle itself was very dated. The window crank popped off every time I rolled up or down. The steering wheel wrap was so worn that the adhesive, or perhaps just a break down of the material, resulted in my hands sticking to the wheel/ tacky for the duration. Also, having navigation connections particularly for longer drive times, would make sense these days, though aware these are older vehicles. Otherwise the vehicle drove well enough and the pick up/ drop off process simple.

Robert MazzareseI used the 24/7 option on a Sunday. I consider myself pretty tech savvy. I got there for my pickup at 8:55, giving me 5 min for check-in. It took me a half hour and after all that, ended with an error message - that the location didn’t have pictures of the vehicle. I called the number on a Sunday and didn’t get through for another 15 minutes, for a total of 45 minutes for the check out. I’d give people a real heads up that there are all these steps at the location itself.. Check in was easy.

Hitesh DhariyaExcellent, no pressure service and easy booking! The van was clean and ready for me right on time. I LOVED seeing any teeny, tiny dent or scratch clearly marked with a light grey "X". Outstanding! Why don't more rental companies do this? I'm so paranoid of getting blamed for someone else's dents, I'm the person who lays on the pavement looking underneath any rental car I'm taking! LOL! At other places, you're not quite sure if the staff KNOWS that this vehicle has damage - no such issue here. Laid back atmosphere - they just want you to be happy. I have one more move to make and I'll be going RIGHT back here.
Kristina WetzelPut better side mirrors on the trucks. The mirrors only locked into three different positions, making it difficult to see around the truck.

STEVE GARFIELDHeather at Stowaway was super friendly and helpful. UHaul actually changed my original reservation to something that wouldn't work. I called Stowaway directly and Heather set me up with exactly what I needed.
Tracy HanvilleWe were not told at pick up that we would have to return/check in the truck online while at the return location in their wifi. I tried to do so at home and it did not work. It left me concerned that I would be penalized for not returning the truck on time when in fact i returned it early.
Stephen Draper JrInside of rental truck was dirty which was especially surprising given the pandemic. Using a Lysol wipe to wipe everything down resulted in a very dirty wipe.

STEVE PERLACK JRNothing to improve on. Sorry. I interacted with two different staff members - both excellent. The vehicle was spotless and in perfect working order. Your 24 hour plan worked much better than Home Depot's rent by the hour. Good value for my money and everything was handled professionally and pleasantly.
