The guy was terrible. He owns a gym and this is his side business. When I showed up, I had to wait 30 mins for him to finish a training session, despite the fact that I made my reservation and paid in the app prior to. I opted out of the insurance, and he said he would charge me for any damage, which makes sense. But then I had to go to a different location by myself to pick it up and drop it off, so it was impossible for him to verify existing damages before or after I used it. I took pictures and video before and after just in case. No damages occurred during my rental period, but his level of unprofessionalism left me with no desire to use uhaul for future moves.

Their was no one available at the location , if I had known this before hand I would have taken someone with me to help lift the trailer off the hitch. I had to wait until a male person came by and help me.

The location was hard to find, it was unclear where to leave the vehicle and there was a car there with busted windows, making me nervous to leave the truck there. The online check-out process was great and worked fine.

On the phone he was not polite when I was asking if it was ok to take the truck back and when I arrived he just rushed us away. I wasn't comfortable with asking additional questions since his attention was on his business of a gym rather than accepting my return. It took a whole day for him to update the system to reflect I returned the equipment as well. When I tried calling this morning twice No one answered even though the website said they were open. I would not recommend taking a truck back to this location. I should have drove the extra 20 mins to another uhaul location.

Problems at every point to get my trailer turned in. The first place I was sent (Woodmoor) had no signage, no security, but was unmanned so I couldn't even leave the trailer and had to do it the next day. Then was informed of new location and given extra hour. Got call on way there from Junior telling us to hurry, i.e., not use the new later time. Got there 9:40 for 10 turn in - but then had no signage or anything to tell us where to go so I walked around to find it (never was given business' name); got call from Junior to say would be "right out" but then waited 10-15 minutes for him to show. When I shared with him that I felt jerked around (changes in place, time, no signage, waiting after rushing) he did a "not my fault" routine with no evidence of caring or wanting to correct/improve the system e.g. put up small sign; was clearly irritated by me. Not sure I'll be renting with U-Haul again. As a paying customer, I don't need or deserve that treatment. JR, trailer renter

Office was 15 minutes late in morning opening but I do understand things happen and people get delayed so not a worry with me. Gentleman handing the office took care of the return promptly and was good service overall.

Horrible experience, very much regret selecting this location. This is a gym not a U-haul location. I was asked to drop off at 7:15 am but nobody is there, not sure how this works as a location for anyone.

The guy was very nice, but seemed to be too busy running the fitness studio to come out and check the truck in. When we got a call from the pick up location that the truck hadn't been returned the next day, I went there to ask him to do it & get a receipt. Again he was too busy and said he'd check it in and email the receipt as soon as he was finished. We ended up calling the 1-800 number for UHaul and they checked it in and sent the receipt, since he still hadn't done it.

The furniture pads were wet & frozen (did not discover this until we were being loaded. The trailer chains were not hooked up properly (they were wrapped around the trailer neck). When we stopped for the first time, I noticed they were dragging on the ground We stopped along the way at Sterling, Colorado were the gentlemen hooked them up properly.

This was supposed to be an electronic/website rental. The truck identified was not available, then alternate trucks keys were not in the lock boxes, then the office didn't open on time. Our intended pick at 8 am didn't happen until 9:15 costing me an extra hour of labor while my men waited for the truck. Completely unsatisfactory experience

The locations was run out of a studio gym. The staff were very lazy and were not receptive. They seemed to be more interested in running the gym instead of their Uhaul franchise. There was no easy way to locate the store front either. Also, while on the phone with the staff, they were holding side conversations while running a gym class instead of dealing with my business over the phone while connected with the customer. Overall my family and I have been longtime customers of Uhaul and this was the worst experience we have ever had. Very disappointed that this location was ever granted a franchise.

My answers are based on lack of cell coverage that made the drop off difficult to upload photos. It took 45 min of constant retires to get photos uploaded. I recommend installing a free WiFi hotspot that people can connect to that only allows U-Haul.com internet traffic.

The truck was clean inside, but the windshield and front was covered with bugs. When I returned the truck, I would have felt more comfortable if I had been given a receipt with the charges at that time, then to have to have to wait a couple of days to receive the email.

Although Junior was attempting to be cordial, the self-deprecating behavior made me uncomfortable. He was also inflexible (and a little rude) when I attempted to change my mind about the insurance. (However, when I was using the app to assess the vehicle, it told me that I could add the insurance at that time.) I also felt that Junior was patronizing when I told him that multiple uHaul staff had told me that the first 30 miles would be free (because of the inconvenience for having to go to his location) even though it wasn't noted on my record. Then, he almost demanding that I had to bring the truck back to his location. (After this treatment and the inconvenience, I was not so inclined.) He also made me feel very uncomfortable when I had to interrupt is training/workout class with a question about my inspection of the vehicle. (I was not inclined to go back in to ask any more questions.) The vehicle was super clean and looked well cared for. However, it was nauseating to drive because it would shimmy quite a bit...with and without cargo. (It got better once it warmed up.)

When arrived the attendant, told me it was to late for me to pickup the trailer I reserved, I told him I just finish talking to someone from uhaul and confirmed my reservation, he said last hookup was at 6:30 I told him it was only 5:45, he than told me he had to leave and he would be back in an hour and for me to find something to do until than and he would give me a discount for my the inconvenience I never received my discount I lost my my lost a lot of people that were supposed to help me pack up the trailer so this was very unprofessional and very unsatisfied

The gentleman who proceeded my rental was clearly untrained. I had to hook up the trailer myself for a 2 day rental. I returned it a day earlier and he was there again and told me to drop off the trailer in a spot that wasn't available. I had to find somewhere else to leave the trailer and he could not be bothered to help at all. There was no assistance and no confirmation that I even dropped it off. If I ever need another U-haul, I'll be going to another location.

The gentleman that ran the location was very kind, however, he was busy with other things when I got there, as he ran another business here as well. It was very difficult to understand what was going on, and my paperwork ended up having to be redone because he did not add the insurance, and later when I went to call roadside assistance for another issue I had, they told me i had opted out when I had not. Aside from the paperwork issues, the man was very kind, but not very informative.

Their computer went down drain the transaction, did not seem to be prepared for me to pick up the trailer, how to re asked me several questions that I had already answered your website so time was wasted, in general the entire process of putting in my information so that I could easily pick up the trailer was wasted. He showed me how your system required him to re-enter the same information that I had already entered on the internet. You really need to work on pick up process, it should have been as easy as walking in, showing my identification, and signing a paper but it was not. It took way too long to pick up this trailer.

Absolutely not! The owner of this location was Junior. He had called me early in the morning to let me know that his "assistant" failed to leave the keys in the dropbox, so he would meet me there in the morning. He asked if I had completed the online application and I told him I was unaware of an onine application and had provided my information when I scheduled the trucks (2) 26 ft trucks. Junior said it was not a problem and he would complete the application once I got there. Junior also stated he was meeting one of his fitness membets there. I arrived at the agreed upon time, but Junior was not there. He showed up about 15 minutes later, and his fitness members pulled in shortly after him. Junior sat down and started the application, but then asked if he could take care of his other clients first. I explained that we were on a very tight schedule to be moved out and would appreciate if he would complete my contracts first. He began to gather my information, but then said none of my information was there and he refused to complete the application. He told me that I would need to do it, however, there was not a strong enough signal in that area and I could not do the application on my phone. I told Junior that i would be making a complaint with U-Haul and his response was, "I don't care." This comment makes me wonder if U-Haul really takes the negative feedback seriously. I called the local scheduling to see if they could help. Nicole was great and helped get us taken care of, but due to the poor signal, I was unable to upload my driver's license. I had to have my wife upload it and drive around to find signal. Meanwhile, Junior completed his other customer's application, went out to their truck with them and did not leave keys for my 2 trucks in the dropbox. I informed Nicole of this and she immediately called him. She reported back that Junior left the keys on the steps of each truck. Junior NEVER mentioned anything to us and left once he was done with his other customers.

I received conflicting information about where to pick up my trailer. The man there obviously did not want to help me and spoke to me in a very condescending and frankly, sexist, way. He did not inspect it before releasing it to me. He repeatedly told me he was "just a drop-off and pick-up location" and did not work for uhaul. Another kind man who has no association with uhaul helped me to attach the trailer to my hitch as the other man basically refused to help. I was there for over an hour and half. I did the online check-in to speed up the process but had to go through all of it again, twice. He sat there and ate his dinner instead of helping us. He was disrespectful and overall, it was a horrible experience. I also encountered trouble when getting my hitch installed. I was called the day before and informed that a vital part to installing my hitch was on backorder and wouldn't be in for another couple weeks. The employee was very apologetic, but he called with absolutely no solution to the problem. I eventually told him he needed to call other uhaul locations and find the part as I had ordered this installation a month and a half ago and if they didn't have the part I should have been informed much earlier. This was at the woodmen and I-25 location in Tiffany square. Undue stress was caused to me because of the inefficiency and miscommunication from your company. I expected to be treated better, I am a paying customer and didn't deserve to go through all of this just to rent a trailer for my move. Men should not be able to franchise for uhaul if they are not capable of helping customers. It was all very unprofessional.

Uhaul needs to let customers know this is not a Uhaul facility; there's no markings on the building, street, or parking lot indicating you're at a Uhaul return location. Fortunately Junior from Studio Fitness ran into me in the parking lot, otherwise I would have had no idea where to return the truck & trailer.

Maintain the trucks better...the first bump I hit on I-25 caused the driver's side mirror to move so much that I was left with a blind spot. Routine maintenance should have identified the issue before I did going 65 MPH with semis passing me...

the location should not rent trucks, it is a fitness trainer we had to wait for 15 min for him to finish with a work out. when we returned the truck we had to wait 30 min with no one ever showing up to turn in the truck

Make sure the trailer doesn't have someone's left over cardboard boxes in it and most importantly that it doesn't have a lock on the door.
