The door didn’t close on the truck and the mirrors move so i couldn’t see while backing up . SMH very unprofessional.

They didn’t clean snow off the windshield or have truck warmed up. Unfortunately they did not check the truck and it was vandalized - hole drilled in gas tank. We filled up with gas - twice not realizing it was pouring out into the ground. Hopefully we can be reimbursed for the fuel and a refund for our inconvenience. Truck was towed from our home.

Do not use the 30th Street location in Canton.. they do not process the return of equipment very speedily.. had to call them corporate office to find out that they never even processed my return so therefore I got screwed out of my deposit for almost 2 weeks at least.. customer service is crap with this company both at the corporate office and at the local office.. will never use U-Haul again.. definitely would never recommend them to anyone!

This location was very efficient and made it very easy to rent the truck. I asked to get the next size up truck instead of what i reserved and they made that very easy. Truck was in good shape.

Now getting the UhAul they were very welcoming friendly people. Very clean store on the inside. The truck had roaches in the back of the truck. Dead ones on the floor in the back but, the one that gave me pause was the one that my niece killed crawling on my dresser which was just removed from the back of the truck. It probably came from the people that had it prior to me and they didn’t clean it out or say anything but, it is your responsibility as a business to double check those trucks and make sure they are clean before renting it to your next customer. Lovely place to go but, please make sure you do your due diligence and make sure they are cleaned out before you rent it again. Hell, charge a fee if the customer doesn’t clean the inside and back of the truck. That would definitely be feasible.
