When I went to pick up I was told I couldn’t rent it because a dome light was shorting out after I had made extensive changes with the U-Haul company already. Then after a long wait and phone calls then they said I couldn’t rent. My rate was supposed to be one pro then when dropped off it was another. The ppl there didn’t know how to close out the drop off and was initiated and told me to go and call the corporate office or who helped me schedule. In all my years renting U-Haul this was the eorst ever!! Would not recommend to anyone

MICHAEL JWas extrhappy with the service from this location. The only issue I had was that I could not drop back off at my local uhaul location. Instead I had to drive it back 35 minutes one way to the other location.
ALEX PTruck was not ready when I got there. I had to go check the lot to see if the truck was even there. Then get fuel and mileage readings. They didn’t have all the equipment I reserved but didn’t tell me until I was there picking up the truck. Truck was in poor condition. Battery light and APS lights kept coming on. The worst is that they double charged me and now I’m arguing with them to get reimbursed for the second charge. I will never do business with this location again.

HEATHER WGreat service except where they had me drop it off in Brazil America!! It was dark dim and no one spoke English! Plus no ada accept to a dimly lit area that caused me to fall and hurt my back and leg! Then they had the audacity to ask me to lift off the trailer which I tried but it didn’t work ! Three people had to come over and Jack the trailer up to get it off and the ordeal took close to 45 minutes! Since I fell trying to go in the office due to terrible painting and uneven concrete ! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone to get or return a vehicle there!! I may have to go to hospital to get checked out and may consult my attorney about their liability with dimly lit place with no Ada accessibility! I’m in pain today !! I have pictures to show you too!
