Maje sure rhe site is open and maned in the when arrive to puck up the rental.
Francine JI had reserved the 26-ft truck. There was none near me, so the location nearest me called to tell me that they have a 20-foot truck. When I showed up early in the morning, there was a 26 ft truck there. But unfortunately they had the keys locked up. So I was not able to ultimately take the 26 foot truck which I needed originally.

Elinor DW ha to reel for this U haul truck. We have NEVER picked up a truck or trailer from UHaul at the location we reserved. This was an hour drive each way versus 30 minutes. But better than out last experience where we had to travel 2 1/2 hours each way!! That needs to worked on!!

ERNESTINE FYour UHaul website is often a disaster, and we have to go through it completely right before I drive away. If I can schedule it, I often drive to the dealership when the site is down, and he makes a phone call ( your phones are also often unresponsive) and sets me up.
ROBINWINN MThis was my second cargo van rental from Sul Co Engine - and it went great! He got me through the self erasing online res and loaned me a clean car with cleR expectations about where/ how to return it plus the friendly reminder to torn off the tow light to save gas since I was not towing. I'll be back.

john aHad an after-hours drop off and there was really no easy or well marked place to park the truck. I have driven large trucks so was able to slide alongside the shop building, but just barely. However, as we are rural, it is at least a U-Haul we can get to.

John BHonestly it wasn't the FACILITY that the vehicle was picked up that was the problem even if it were about twenty five miles put of our way. The problem itself was with uhual. You told me you had a 26 foot truck and did not. So my family had to spend extra money and time to unpack our belongings in multiple trips rather than one large trip. Then we were harassed by uhual ALL day Saturday November 2nd as to when we were returning the uhual. I called a second location (the drop off at ideal foods in liberty ny) to inform them the uhual would not be available for drop off at 11am. Okay no problem with ideal food but UHUAL kept calling texting and leaving voicemails all while I attempt to unpack a crammed fifteen foot trailer which is 11 feet and another trip (and day) now added to the stress of moving. The only saving grace we had was the free 200 miles we were allotted by uhual for being inconvenienced to begin with by the size of the uhual and the really put of the way pick up location. Uhual needs MORE 20feet and up trucks in the Sullivan and orange county area. Our entire move was completely thrown off by the extra trips that we now needed because we didn't have the proper size truck. You also need to check and verify that if an online registration is done that the product (truck AND SIZE) are within reachable distance. Thankfully we were able to afford the gas for the extra trip but it really was a true inconvenience to use uhual. Next time I may actually use a different company.

Yitzchok RHave the proper amount of moving blankets available that we pre-ordered. They only gave us 1 dozen and charged for 2 dozen. Disappointed. Blankets were dirty.

Crotty REverything was great. I knew the serviceman -- he'd worked on my car. He couldn't have been nicer or more professional. Maybe encourage your customer service/sales people to help a renter determine what's best; one way or round trip? I was going to rent here in the city and drive upstate to pick up items coming back to the city. It was going to be expensive and unnecessary. I quickly found a location near where I needed the truck
