There were a couple small hiccups that i didn't have the first time i rented the truck.....i received an email saying that my truck would be an hour late, when i got there at the regular time the WAS there!? But the only person that could check me out was running late.... other than that i still trust the company and will continue to use your truck's.

LARRY JI reserved an appliance dolly online only to find out they didn't have any. I made a 2nd reservation at another nearby facility. Drove there only to find out they also did not have any. Tried calling a 3rd location, but could not get a person. Did not want to continue driving and paying pet mile for my truck rental, so rented a dolly from a competitor instead. That was a terrible experience for the website and reservation process.
DANIEL MGas tank was only at 1/4. Even though I only had 39 miles total the low gas warning light came on. Was in the middle of nowhere on a brutaly cold day and had uh oh moment. However the gauge said I had like 50 miles left til empty and I was 10 miles from nearest gas station. Perhaps have trucks at leay1/2 full when renting.
RONALD PI requested a pick up of a trailer on Sunday afternoon. I received a confirmation email. When I looked at my app on Sunday morning it showed a different pick up location. That location is not open on Sunday. I called Customer service to get assistance and they told me that the reservation was never confirmed and that there are no trailers at the original location i requested. Why would the system allow me to schedule a pick up if there was nothing available to rent there. its the craziest malarkey I have ever heard. She told me they do not confirm location pick up until 24 hours before pick up. Well it was only 2 hours till pick up and I never received anything at all. They ended up locating one 15 miles away. The pick up and drop off went well. The reservation did not. The person at the now new pick up location said it happens all the time. When I first tried to locate a store that had the trailer it told me the location that actually had the 6 x 12 trailers. It would not let me pick locations closer to me that did not have any available. The location is said had them certainly did not. What a messed up system. I am glad that I called, I would have gotten to the listed location on my original reservation and would have been sent away. I wish there were more sources for rentals like this. The person on the phone was very rude also. It was not her problem and thats the way it is. The final pick up and drop off location were great. No complaints. FIX YOUR SYSTEM UHAUL>

DARRYL JThe young man who helped me was so nice and brought the dolly out to my truck and put it in the back of my truck because it was kinda heavy and when my daughter brought it back, he came and got it out of the truck. It was a great experience And so very affordable. Thank you so much.
