ROSLYN HI reserved a car dolly at the Monroe location for pick up at 12. I was there at about 11:45 and was told that it would not be available until 5pm, this didn't work for me because I needed to get a vehicle moved by 4pm. the rep at that location found a car hauler available in Sultan. I asked him about the $50 dollar guarantee and he said that he doesn't know anything about that. When I picked up the car hauler in Sultan that rep was very helpful and answered all of my questions about the $50 guarantee. U-Haul came through with the $50 and all worked out okay although I was about 1 hour behind schedule. I would suggest that all locations are aware of the $50 guarantee process and are willing to stand behind it. Sultan location was great. I will not go back to the Monroe location.
