Aymen HWas initially sent to a pick up location that I was remotely operated and was never able to gain access to the key, total chaos! Wasted over an hour on location until Summerwood location was recommended and that went well. I had movers that I had to pay an additional hour due to the delay at the first location.
Perry LPricing for boxes are outrageously overpriced at this location. Large box is labeled $6.99/box extra large is even more. Secondly, there should be a sign if the one and only staff on shift is either out to lunch or unavailable so that you’re not standing in the middle of the store and no one comes out from back room.

Clyde TThe Uhaul- mobile app was giving me issues when I was picking up my truck around 6:45 am. I had to chat to get my issue resolved. I was submitting my drivers license and photos of myself and the app was giving me so many issues.

Monica SAlthough the trucks was a little old, shaky and had loud engine noises going on, I only had a 6 miles drive and back so no big worries. The staff was great! Always smiling and welcoming. Explained in great detail the terms. My storage unit is smaller than I needed so I will be upgrading to a bigger storage soon!

Hector BThe steering wheel could be moved 1/4 turn while driving and have no effect, the affect was harrowing in turns and chicanes it was damn near dangerous. The gas tank was half full, necessitating a guess as to how much fuel to fill it with instead of just a fillup and done. the driver seat had springs worth through the sub foams and you could feel them in the butt. Worst truck I have ever rented. The location and the people manning the store were top notch and fine people, however the facilities maintaining these trucks needs a qualified quality control manager.

Kim JIrene at the counter was RUDE & EXTREMELY CONFRONTATIONAL. She insisted that I take a 17’ truck with no working a/c in this 100 degree Texas heat. After switching out of that and not having the truck we reserved, she gave me a bigger truck of which I would have rather a small one and expressed that to her but her RUDE demeanor wouldn’t allow her to display good customer service. I mentioned the Uhaul guarantee to her and again a rude response saying how she “had” the 17’ so the guarantee wouldn’t apply in this case. I asked even if the truck isn’t working properly? I know it’s her duty to ensure that her (UHAUL) property/equipment is working properly. I then call customer service who agreed to process a refund. I’ve been a customer of this location in my community for almost 10 years. Will definitely be returning in hopes that Irene gets better customer service training.
Garry JThe shorter Asian lady could use some classes on addressing customer issues. Moving is hard on a person who has three smaller children. There was NO empathy shown from her. The other lady is AWESOME! Down to earth and very relatable.

Sierra FI got charged for a missing dolly. I did have to return the truck without it bc I forgot it at my current residence but have since returned it. Please advise when I’ll see that charge returned.
