I was charged a $25 cleaning fee even tho the uhaul was spotless when I returned it. I even double check to make sure it was spotless when I arrived back to the drop off place. I made sure I cleaned it out.DARMOND L.

Their poor maintenance program left me stranded on the highway in the middle of the night. Apparently they are not checking air pressure in the tires, tread wear, how old the tires are, and if they are dry rotted. In addition when I was leaving initially I received a hey can you verify the condition message in which I was sent photos of a very new looking trailer but received an obviously abused trailer. Please check out the equipment THOROUGHLY if you are renting.MAX LEE S.

When i called for info before i did my reservation online, i was told it could be done over the phone. I specifiically said i need the truck for 24 hours yet it was reserved for 15 by the operator. When i noticed the error it was the time i picked it up. I called to have it revised but they took to long to pick up. Around the time i had to return the truck thr lady from the location called to see if i was on my way, and i said yes but i woulf be late. With alot of sarcasm she said I TOLD YOU WE NEEDED BACK TODAY AT 9:45, and i said Well i did ask for 24 hours but was given 15 by her. She the said WELL WE WILL SEE WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE very rudely. I will never return to this location and most likely Uhaul. The entire mobile process was too much.Martha M.

AN insurance waiver was added to my reservation and I didn't notice it. I was in a hurry and when I did notice it, which was a few hours later and I called this location, I was directed back to the 800 #. Poor customer service. Staff be there when time to pickup truck. No call that staff running late .No one answered the phone when I tried to find out what was going on. give client all information, Rented & returned in same day. Wasn't told we would be charged $20 convenience fee if we didn't check in on mobile device. Took 3 days to get a receipt. Will not recommend this location to anyone. check in on mobile device. couldn't get any type of receipt upon rental & took an additional 3 days to find out the charges. Moving is stressful enough without the worry of possibly not getting a truck & not given all the details of the charges. Will not recommend to anyone.John L.

Patty was very helpful but ended up being a nuisance. When I initially called to rent the UHAUL and explained my situation, she said she couldn't allow her 15 foot truck to be gone that long. I was wanting to pick it up on Thursday and bring back Friday evening AFTER I closed on my home at 3 pm. However, something came up on Thursday and I needed to pick the vehicle up sooner than my reservation at 12 noon. Instead of picking up the one that I reserved at another location, Patty told me just to come get hers from that location. On Friday morning at about 11:30 she called asking was I on my way back with the truck. I replied no and explained again that we weren't closing until 3 pm and would still have to return back from closing and unload the truck. She said ok. But around 5:30ish she called again. At that time, we were on our way back from closing and headed to begin unloading the truck. I know she just probably forgot about my situation, but it was bothersome to keep being called about the truck when I explicitly told her everything from the beginning.Lakia J.

Clean the inside and outside of the UHaul for the customers. Often their precious items are being moved and they want to do so with the comfort of knowing the means by which they are moving those items are valued, as well.Sharon C.
The truck got the job done but half way through my trip the AC stopped blowing cold. The inside of the truck had hand prints all over the windows and broken glass in the back of the truck. The online website would not let me complete my reservation and I had to call the 1-800 number to make my reservation. I chose the $10 vehicle protection plan but when I got the the counter the lady said it doesn't show that I selected anything and charge me $14 for the protection.Christopher L.
Was asked the day before if I wanted 24 hour pick up or do it at the desk, I said in person at desk because I'm not good with phones. Next day I show up and the lady has a attitude saying I was supposed to do 24 hour pick up that they don't do it at the desk anymore. She was the one the day before said I could.
