The pick up procedure is ok but the drop off process is terrible. The shop was closed even it was in the working hour. We have to contact u-haul call center which need to wait on the phone for a long time. This location used to have a very good score but being no more due to the new owner operation. I will not come to this location again.

HAI YI would never recommend this location to anybody. I got my truck which was full with dirty mud sand everthing in back completely unclean I tried to start it but it didnt get started. So store gave me other truck which was the same and when I drive it was like puting my life in danger because truck was choking no wipers works engine rpm stays at 4000 rpm whole truck vibrate

YOUCEF Sworst nightmare, rented 2 times in a row. trucks were in bad condition, engine lights on still rent it out, other time was not a drop of windshield washer in the reservoir during winter, it was so dangerous driving on the hwy,,, bad experience with uhaul,

JASHANPREET SEmployee should arrive on time to open facility instead of being 40 minutes late after listed opening time. Truck was empty (no gas) and needed to be filled up. Filled it up myself and was told I would not be compensated for this, even though I gave it back with more gas than it had originally. Would not recommend this location
DANIEL CAlthough the equipment was good, they had deceptively added coverage to our order. They asked us verbally if we wanted coverage and we said no. Our online check-in also indicated that we didn't want coverage. Despite that, they added it to our order without telling us. We hadn't noticed because they had not verbally gone over the different charges on the receipt and everything had went by so quickly afterwards. They didn't tell us about the total charge either until I asked them about it because it showed up on my phone notification. When I called them asking about it after, they argued that we signed the receipt so why wouldn't we know about it? As the business owner, it's their responsibility to explain the steps and hidden charges, rather than automatically expecting customers to know. It's deceptive.
ALLAN VSystem auto calculates in fuel cost even if fuel was added. Had to complaintand wait to settle. Making the experience not well to the end.

Chandran VTruck back part was clean, but driver area was pretty dirty. Truck was parked extremely tight to begin with and when coming to return it, there was no proper spot to park delaying the drop off by quite a while. I had to helped the store clerk move another truck in order to park my own truck.

GITESH NSkow to get my key. Cancelled my reservation. Then cancelled the new 1 he made. Then did a 3rd reservation. I had half a dozen pending charges on my card. Ordered supplies. Didn’t get them. Truck ran rough. Ghetto convenience store too. Would never go back.
Adam MHi this location is not bad. Check in a bit longer. Due to by hinself only at the store. Check when got there the person who check us in is not there somebody else. Usually in a few hrs i have my final charges. This time have to wait till the next day. . Van is not that clean. There is paint stain in the cargo floor beside that its ok.

ALDRIN RUnfortunately, it was quite disappointing due to poor communication and unprofessional conduct. • The representative did not pick up the call or inform us about the vehicle status. • Despite committing to call back, no follow-up was made, even when I arrived at the location. • The fuel level was inaccurately reported; it showed more than half a tank when only 33 miles were left. • Overall, the lack of responsiveness and casual attitude led to significant delays and a frustrating experience. This situation negatively impacted our day, and I hope U-Haul takes steps to improve customer service.
Bipin CWhen the time of pick up still took 15-20min. & the truck is clean but the truck maintanance is poor. Dashboard say tire needs air. I went back to tell the representative. he said its ok. The tpms is bad not working properly. That was the representative told me. Why they still renting out with a defective tpms warning. This is a safety issue.

Robert WHorrible experience. Switched my pickup location 3 times, and was 3 hours past my original pickup time slot. The CS reps did the best they could but Uhaul as a company, didn't have any solution for not having another truck available at the original pickup spot. Ended up having to pay more on gas and mileage costs as a result.
Daniel MThe truck is absolutely disgusting. It wasn't cleaned out at all. The seat was wet, garbage in the cup holders and behind the seat. The steering wheel and seats are sticky. The truck does not drive straight even at 40kmh. Very wobbly and unstable. The truck only had 1/4 tank of gas which isn't enough to make our 1-way trip. The measurements of the moving truck are wrong! The website says the back is 15' long on the inside. It isn't even close. Very bad experience.

AMRIT SIf a 24/7 truck share is not an option at this location due to high theft, then that should not be an option when reserving a truck and the customer should be informed of that instead of getting a confirmation email for the truckshare. Retailer should also be open on time. Beware of added cleaning fee on the return even when you return it clean

John FCouple of things. The equipment was not clean as I got it. The back of it was dirty. But I did not mind it as I had to move 6 boxes around the town. I could not care much. I returned the vehicle as it is. Honestly, it was not clean from the get go and the location team member said.it just arrived. But I am charged with cleaning fee of 10 $ which does not make sense.
