The location had terminated its relationship with UHaul. While the vehicle was delivered there it came as a surprise to the current owner. The furniture pads and dolly I had requested were not in the truck. I had to go to two additional locations to get these items. Incredibly poor communication and coordination. The vehicle also had less than a quarter of a tank of gas.

Cab was dirty. Office was disorganized. And one headlight did not work.
