Called a week before I needed it and the person at the location suggested I make a reservation on the U-Haul website to make sure i got the size vehicle I needed. Glad they did that as I only needed a van this time instead of a truck. A very helpful suggestion.Kim B.
Was told that we were unable to drop this off there, as they rent not receive and we should have a packet of paperwork we never received. Finally, we the consumers rerommended running the trailer it was agreed that they could find the routing and accept the drop off. Returning this item took over half an hour.DEAN H.

The employee that checked out my equipment must not have fully understood the reservation and quoted agreement because they changed the number of days, the truck rental amount and the hand truck rental amount. When I questioned it they suggested I call 1800 Uhaul and it would be taken care of quickly. I'm happy to say that it did eventually get resolved but not until after spending hours on the phone talking to multiple departments over the course of multiple weeks. In the end, I am happy with the outcome but I do wish it had been setup properly from the beginning which would've saved time and frustration in the long run.David H.

U-Haul is not offering furniture pads at this time due to pandemic so website should be updated to let customers know that. I was able to choose the pads online but then was told "no" when I picked up the vehicle. Other than that, was very happy with the experience.David T.

The only problem I had was this: I'd ordered a package of ten blankets/furniture pads. They said, we don't have those. Why the hell not? Why doesn't this UHaul location have them in stock? Or why can't some central location throw in the pads when they deliver the truck to Sunbury? SMH.Patrick R.
We put gas in the van before returning it, but I was still charged for gas. Went back to Ace Hardware and Dean credited my credit card for the gas charge. He was very nice and helpful.Lori W.

My original reservation was for a 20' truck. When I arrived at the location, no one was there so I called. They informed me that the truck was not returned and they had nothing else available. UHaul was supposed to have notified me which did not happen. I had to call to find other equipment. I understand the truck not being available is out of your control. The lack of contact/notification is in your control and is terrible customer service. This survey doesn't ask about the overall experience.Bruce S.

This has nothing to do with the service or the assistance I received, any type of customer interaction was excellent professional and wonderful to work with. The only trouble I had was being a small woman and not very tall - 4'11 I drove the truck. However the ride, maneuverability and smooth handling was perfect. The challenge was the side mirrors were not very easy to adjust or make changes to given the truck type and style. Loved working with Uhaul and had a great experienceMargo M.
Eric was awesome. We were given a different drop off location that was much further away. He made a couple of phone calls and changed to his Ace Hardware location. I have been in this store twice and people have gone above and beyond to help me. Thanks.Greg S.

The pick up location was great, which is more than I can say for the U-Haul company. I reserved a truck a full week in advance and even after checking multiple times, was unable to get the size of truck requested. I was upgraded to a bigger truck which I would have preferred not to have. I was told that the price would be adjusted down to the 15 ft rate, which is the size of truck I originally reserved, yet at the end of the paperwork U-Haul attempted to charge me full price for the upgrade. Over all I found this company inflexible, uncooperative, and not customer friendly. I car no ideas renting a truck from this company would be so difficult. I would recommend using another compsny such as Penske....Ace Hardwate, however, was great....very helpful and tried to deal with a company that couldn't have cared less about my needs....Patricia W.
