Recommend location yes. The vehicle itself was filthy, spelled like cigarette smoke, windshield wiper blades needs replaced. I hit the washer fluid button to try and clean windshield at it smeared all over and could not see. Had to get out of vehicle find wind cleaner and paper towel to try and remove the smeared glass. This was absolutely horrible. If it was raining I wouldn’t be able to drive it! Very disappointed it the upkeep and maintenance of your vehicles.

DEBORAH ATruck was dirty with a lot of damage. Truck was old with no cruise control and no charging capability. Had challenges setting drop off location.

Joe SMy only feedback is regarding the truck itself. This may sound silly, but the cup holders do not support Tervis cups, which I and a lot of other people use as their "go to" cup....especially when driving. To be clear, the cups will fit in the holder, but are not supported, so they easily tip over. I've had this happen a couple of times and honestly, it is a safety hazard when it happens while driving. Now, it is my own fault for not remembering that those cups don't fit well. But, if I've experienced them tipping over a few times....I'm sure other people have as well. And, if it's not been mentioned before...might be worth knowing. Otherwise, everything else was great.

Joseph HYou're mobile check did not work at all. Location would not stop spinning and then when trying to chat, chat wouldn't send a message. I also tried to change from mobile check in to standard and it wouldn't succeed. Horrible app.
James SThe backup camera/display/audio system were disabled on this cargo van. The lack of a backup camera in a vehicle with this little visibility is dangerous.
Matthew MFuel tank was not full. I drove a total of 60 miles all but 6 miles freeway and country. I put 10 gallons before returning. Left gas receipt with Ace Hardware/ U HAUL.
GREGG SEverything was perfect, the vehicle was brand new, with wireless android Auto and easy to drive. One thing I did not like, us that it was not easy to understand the level of gas in the trunk. I added 10 gallons just in case, but I did not see any indicator. When I left the vehicle I was told it was full. Probably I overpaid on gas, but that is ok.

William HStress to those who rent your equipment, bring it back as clean as you received it. Clean up your own dog hair, don’t be so inconsiderate. We tried to remove as much as possible.

STEVE MMathew was very helpful in setting up the reservation. Dean was very helpful in getting the Uhaul the day of and Sean was helpful upon return. I had zero issues with the folks at Ace Sunbury.
Robert TVehicle was very muddy and had tant was around 1/8 tank when I picked it up. I had to clean out floorboards with sponge and water. When I told attendant they didn’t seem to care about my concerns

Donald BEverything was great except I had to go to a different location to pick up the truck from where I originally scheduled. This went from a 10 min drive to pick up to a 30 minute drive. But customer service was good and everyone was really nice and helpful.

Shannon KI entered all my information online and when I arrived there they asked me all the information I had previously entered online. What was the point of doing it online for 24/7 access when I still had to go inside and do everything again? The truck was visibly dirty with trash still inside and the windshield was filthy with bug splatters and the wipers would not clean them. Very disappointed with the service.

NANETTE HInside truck was dirty. Cigarette smell and ashes on driver's side seat. Receipt and other trash on floor. Dash was dusty. I didn't rent a hand truck but there was one in back of truck. Truck has over 100,000 miles and it drove rough, loud Staff was polite and knowledgeable.

MICHAEL GIt took a long time to return the truck as they needed 3 people to try to figure out the computer system. They also said they would remove the $10 furniture pad charge, but that never happened. Way to go Uhaul for taking my $10 as I never plan to use Uhaul again.
Eric HDean was fantastic at pickup. But the interior of the truck cab was full of dog hair and smelled like wet dog from the previous renter. I was charged $25 at drop off for the clean up. I've sent multiple emails because on top of having to deal with the mess while I rented the truck, I shouldn't also have to pay to clean it up. I have not received a response and it's been nearly 2 weeks.
Ian MSo I reserved a uhaul truck, but when I came to pick it up, it wasn’t there. Admittedly I was late (oopsie), but they explained that the person who had the truck the day before had been allowed to extend their reservation, which took my truck away! Luckily there was a van that wasn’t reserved, so I was still able to move all my stuff. But, because the van was smaller than the truck, I had to take more trips, meaning more miles, meaning extra charges. I understand this sort of stuff happens, so I’m not upset/angry, just frustrated.
