When we arrived to PU The truck it was full of snow and we could not open the back door of the truck. They also forgot I rented furniture dolly’s and did not have any. They then told us we had to wait until a manager arrived and he then kicked the back door open and brought me my furniture dolly’s. He was also nice enough to clean off the snow from the truck. However this delayed us an hour. Once we finally got on the road we discovered there was no windshield wiper fluid and it was a snowy messy day. I had to keep throwing snow on the windshield to clean it. When we returned the truck it took another 20 minutes for them to complete the paperwork. I sure hope they contact me to rectify the experience.
